I was just thinking over the years of who I may have been the meanest to on this site and my first thought was Cam Cameron. I really hated his play calling something fierce, but then I remembered it has to be David Reed. Yeah, I definitely was the most brutal on David Reed. The one decision I probably got the most upset about was the Boldin trade. I may have beat a dead horse on that one, but I finally got over that one when we signed Steve Smith.

This board has been around pretty much ever since I started watching football. Before it was, I was posting on the Ravens MySpace groups and LOL that was a riot. I was so young and knew next to nothing. But I learned so much, from everyone, all the other mods, @theFRANCHISE was an OG beast. All of the posters - @-Truth- @rmw10 @BOLDnPurPnBlacK @The Raven @BmoreBird22 @GrimCoconut @JoeyFlex5- who dive so deep in the draft and come up with legit, good info. Some more I'm definitely missing, the 'younger' posters like @ludy51 or @LosT_in_TranSlatioN who are so energetic and funny.

Just some plain good people, too, funny people! Wise adults like @ellicottraven @K-Dog  @cobrajet @PuRock @PurpleNurple. Some of them have been around as long as I have (I believe I'm member 33 lol), I remember some more like @flynismo @AwakenTheDemon @Ed_Reed20 @codizzle @1/28/01 @Militant X 1 being around very early.

I'll miss you all, I'll miss this board. I'll miss the discussions we had, the wins we reveled in and losses we grieved for. The Dump Thread in its glory days. The incredibly inventive mock offseason game you all developed and have enhanced, that was truly an inspiration and something you should take pride in. I'll miss what the boards mean to me and how I've grown since I've been on them. I'm a bigger and better Ravens fan because of these boards and because of all of you.

I learned a lot here and made some good friends. That's all you can hope to achieve.  I initially was very quiet here and mainly read the forums to learn from people here. A lot of those guys are now gone, like @Jamal.  No idea what happened to him. The Forum Mock was cool, I'm glad @Mt. Crushmoreinvited me and I had some good times with peoples there like @LosT_in_TranSlatioN. He's a good guy who never PMs me anymore--can't win with him, too slow around the edge and not strong at the point of attack but a pure effort guy. @rmw10 has decent explosion but needs more fast twitch muscle but brings a lot of football IQ with those Twitter tweets bringing the knowledge fast and furious where Vin Diesel is jealous. @52520Andrew likes DBZ and is a fan of Hit, and he's terribly unlucky as is rmw. @BmoreBird22 athletic with good understanding of coverage and it's refreshing to speak to another DB. I will keep in touch. 

@The Raven I always enjoyed your posts. I think we need more direct comments and you never held back. As for @arnie_uk, check your PMs. @Inqui has the best avatar around and it's true--we colluded numerous times. @flynismo I always enjoyed your posts but you busted on Mike Adams--he's not JO! 

Thanks to the Ravens for having this forum for us for as long as they did. 

And no offense but @Ravensfan23 is a guy I'll miss.

So yeah. I'm SAM/Mr. Irrelevant and now @LosT_in_TranSlatioN. I didn't really intend on coming back(and I'm not here NEARLY as frequently as I used to be. I mean. 6,000 posts in 3 years when the account had 1000 to begin with), but a few friends on here convinced me to come back. And whenever I reveal my identity to people they say that they didn't know(except for @52520Andrew who figured it out rather effortlessly). I wanted to dedicate myself to being a quality poster over a guy who does it constantly. I hope that I could leave a decent impression on the rest of you over the past few seasons. I may not be the most knowledgeable guy about football, but I feel as if the past three years my knowledge has grown considerably. And it's been because of these forums. So many people here have taught me so much, and I'm grateful. 

So what's new with me? I currently attend the University of Colorado at Boulder. I have a 3.5 GPA and am about to pull of a 4.0 for the semester. Double Major in Economics and Political Science with a minor in business. I honestly love it. I still talk a lot, but mostly to professors and my core group of friends. To be honest, off the forums, I'm a very quiet person unless someone is in my inner circle. I keep to myself, don't have a lot of friends, not a social butterfly. I love my ravens, but off the forums I have 10 friends that I actually talk to. 5 in which are in my inner circle. None of them are Ravens fans. So I'm grateful that I had a community that welcomed me with open arms even if I talked WAY too much and was a PITA during my tenure as @SecretAgentMan. I'm gonna miss this place but all good things will come to an end.

 

So shout outs. 

You people made my forum experience here AWESOME. I hold all of you in very high regard even if we don't always get along. I value your opinions greatly on several matters. You guys are Kickbutt people. Don't forget it!

 

S/o to @The Raven. The residential oline guru who along with @-Truth- has taught me so much about oline schemes at whatnot. I'm a more knowledgeable football fan because of people like you. Even if you don't have the highest opinion of me(given my past I honestly don't blame you. God 14 year old me needed friends) know that I hold an incredibly high one of you as a fan.
