The Pro Bowl right guard had surgery on his left shoulder this offseason, Head Coach John Harbaugh confirmed. Yanda should be '100 percent' healthy by training camp, and is already lifting and working out.

Definitely THE BEST in football. I wonder if the injury was the cause of him being penalized more than ever. I would think so. If I remember correctly he was flagged while on the left side before he made the switch.
