Maybe the fight with pitta and flacco jumping in crushed his confidence a little bit. He was probably too physical trying to show the coaches what he could do. he probably hit pitta to hard and  flacco had to protect his bff. After that fight maybe he wasnt playing as hard and was hesitant that why he couldnt get any play time.

It all starts with commitment to your craft and even then nothing is given. So until he shows some commitment, this "very confident" talk is just some more pointless warm breath out of Harbaugh's mouth.

There's no big mystery here, or any sign that KC will be a bust. Anyone that bothered to read anything about him last spring knew that he was another green Boise State defender that would need a lot of work. Add to that the fact that he is just now turning 23 later this month and it's obvious why last year turned out as it did. Personally I think he will eventually be a monster.

Put K.C. next to Mosely and watch him produce. The Coaches threw too much at him last year. The truth to that fact was Correa telling us all that the NFL is totally different than college. He understood that his teammates were definitely much better than his college competitors.
Put him back to an ILB and let him get comfortable with the NFL Game.
He is a very talented Football Player. Let him do..... what he is used to doing.
