[News] Eisenberg: Ravens Need More 'Diva' Than 'Good Soldier' In Their Receivers

43 posts in this topic

This article is silly.....that New England team goes to the Super Bowl almost every year and doesn't have any "divas" in their WR group. Just guys who run good routes and catch the ball.

The guy has trouble coming up with ideas. To be more specific realistic and or relevant ideas.

The Ravens would be better off getting a QB that doesn't launch under thrown lobs off his back foot

Good luck finding one...

dont matter if we had the best 3 wrs in the league on our team, if flacco is still throwing off his back foot come preseason or game 1 ..... we are not making playoffs.

They literally just traded a first round pick to bring in a "diva" wr... their attitude has no relation to their ability/inability to make a play beyond their ability to potentially gee up their teammates

While I get that he means he wants to see WRs with more moxy & bravado. Guys that aren't afraid to demand the ball.

They dont need to be "diva , primadonna".  In recent memory Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Julio Jones and AJ Green all are/were quiet WRs that lead with the play on the field rather than bulletin board quotes, or crazy celebrations.

A.Brown and OBJ doing all this over the top stuff as a form of branding to draw attention to themselves for more marketing opportunities.

Perhaps he's trying to say the team needs a tenacious vocal WR to have a yin & yang relationship with Flacco.

I mean grasping at straws here, because this is one of those we have no news so let me write what I heard some fans talking about at the Buffalo Wild Wings lol

Eisenburg is really having a hard time coming up with stuff to write about.

Horribly grasping at straws and apparently at his wits end it would seem.

Celebration...drama..diva..?  Is he kidding?

Get a guy who can play. This will do fine.
