This is ridiculous man, just creating more holes. I understand that a lot of teams don't even use full backs but for goodness sakes, can we retain at least 1 talented player we've developed instead of them leaving once they finally get good and move on to dominate for another team. FO needs to do something about Flacco's numbers, he's paid entirely too much for the numbers he's producing. Don't get me wrong I DO like Flacco but for heavens sake we are bleeding out every free agency.

Oh wow! i thought the FO would somehow find a way to keep Juice but they certainly weren't even close when SF throw 5.5 mil a year! Pissed off and kinda dissapointed coz I thought we'd keep him...

i mean do you really want to pay juice more than 5 mill a year for 4 years - half of the contract was guaranteed as well

I know how you feel. But likely, Brandon Williams is next. The talent is fading and the team is getting weaker. Nothing we could do. Draft is the only thing that could save us from getting to the postseason this year and the draft picks have to produce but l really don't even think that's enough.

Best is yet to come, Torry on his way back. We will cut our best receiver and keep Pitta. It doesn't get any better!!!

Of course not but this team was not that good last year and on paper looking worse for next year. Go FLACCO!!!

SF has overpaid him... just like they did with Smith. Too bad he's gone but the price was way too high... ditto Wagner and regrettably this will probably be the case with Williams as well. Until we get a QB on a rookie contract (as opposed to the highest cap hit in the NFL) we will keep getting picked apart every year.

to put it in perspective... he's getting way more than half what torrey smith got to be a "number 1" receiver

That's a LOT of money for a fullback.. Put any big TE with decent blocking skills back there and you have pretty much the same deal. Juice was a great player for us, but nothing more than that. And don't forget that a lot of his catches were useless check-downs. Don't make it bigger than it is.

Nevermind it's official Brandon Williams to the Giants. Dang I'm jealous that they could afford to get talent. Damon Harrison and top agents they got last year and Brandon Williams.

where did you find confirmation?

Nevermind... my mistake. I actually deleted that post. I didn't read the free agency rumor mill carefully.

He was a nice player, a real athlete that was a better receiver than blocker. I thought he was over-drafted in 2013 relative to his position and pedigree, but that said he was probably underutilized as an offensive weapon.

I will miss the Juice too.
He was great on special teams.
One of Joe's favorite dump offs too.

The Juice is loose!  Hate to see this cat go...but oh well!  Good luck Juszczyk.

I wish him well. He'll be better utilized on a different offense. Not a good blocker though. I seriously would've been bummed if we signed him to half the amount he got. Good "non resigning"

That BITES. This is what drive me nuts. You got Jimmy Smith (8.5 million) can't stay on the field, Pitta can't block to save Joe's life (5.5 million), Web played 2 complete years out of eight (5.5 Million) and the Ravens can't keep a bulldozer like Kyle! You watch consecutive Pro bowls for Kyle.
