Titans were my first choice, though it was obvious taking them at #11 would be impossible. Panthers second choice.

I dabbled with the idea of having the most cap space in the NFL, but the FA class isn't amazing and I think Jacksonville has pieces to build around AND high picks, so FA should be fun.

The Titans were my top choice as well but they never would have gotten to me anyway. New England was second for me since somehow Belichick worked the cap to give himself $60M in cap space.

Pretty sure you just have to look up how much cap space everyone has on Spotrac and that's your order lol.

I think it also depends on how much time you have too, having a team with tons of cap/draft picks may be appealing to some but would be very time consuming.

I am on holiday atm but given that I normally work full time and the time difference (in UK)  will make certain things harder.

i.e. its 2am in the morning here and waiting for @ravensnick pick, not sure how much he knows of this as not been on since Thursday.  So do I wait for his pick to pass or catch zzzz's

You can leave someone your top few names if you like. They'll then pick on your behalf if you're asleep when you're on the clock.

Some teams want draft picks or a high pick, others want lots of fan space, while others want teams with not as much work to do.  Agree, lots of different ways to evaluate a team.

You have no idea how close we were to talking up Oklahoma's chances at winning the national title next season. :P

They are actually pretty high tbh. I see them winning the Big 12 at least.

Is my bad luck streak continued over or can I really make this selection?  Should I just let the negs reign supreme?

I also have 3 of my top 4 teams remaining .... im sure i am missing something

It just means people rank things differently. Last year I got around the 12th pick and ended up with my #2 side. Some people like to tinker around with their roster, others prefer lots of cap space, others prioritise a high draft pick, others still prefer a side that requires very little attention and I remember someone last year taking a side simply because they had a giant albatross of a contract on the books and would be a challenge.

Was going to say, this next pick determines the fate of that team for the upcoming season. I remember you had the 49ers the season everyone retired and Jim Harbaugh was let go. Then last year we had team selections prior to the Super Bowl, and you cost the Panthers their chance at a Super Bowl by picking them. Then they went on to have a terrible season. So.... be careful who you pick.

Pats were the team to get IMO. All that talent, very little key free agents, pretty decent cap space, and a certain backup qb might fetch a nice price.

I have some that are pretty much complete teams and others that are projects ...

I have a joke to make about your pick but I can't make that joke until that team gets taken by someone(if not you)

GB is a good choice because you can get most their need (secondary/rb) right from the draft
