Did Pernell McPhee really go for A.J. McCarron and a fifth?

Yes and saved 6.5 stars in the process

He's been such an effective pass rusher and OLB since going to Chicago though. I think he's worth the money personally

In my mind Mcphee would be worth a 4th and McCarron a 5th at best

Yeah no way is Cousins worth that much.

It's not like he's a pass rusher or something.

He'd go for more on the free agency met.  Cleveland would love to have him

Misses lot of time though and there's 3 solid OLBs still on the roster.

@Giants56Ravens52 Just wanted to give the heads up, but your SoF hasn't been filled out, so the trade can't be confirmed until that's been done and the depth chart has been posted and updated.

I filled out the SoF, and am going to update it for ERFAs now too.

I included the ERFAs and RFAs n my depth chart for now. Is that okay? I'll update it after their respective periods of course, it just made it easier for me to keep track of who I have access to.

That makes sense. Appreciate you reaching out for the questions. I'm almost positive that the ERFAs can't be contested, so no worries there. Same for the RFAs as long as they're updated if you lose anyone.

RFAs and tags should not be reflected in depth charts before the bidding for tendered players is complete.

Thanks.

Finished updating for ERFAs on the SoF. I should be good to go. I also updated it for the Graham trade with Ravensfanmania, and added in my Franchise tag since that can't be contested either if that's alright.

I get where you are coming from, but...

If it's a franchise tag it wouldn't matter since it can't be contested, right? Same with ERFAs.

I have it in parentheses that the RFAs are RFAs, and they aren't included in my cap as of now. I would really much rather keep them there on the depth chart since it's an easier way to keep track. Otherwise the names aren't anywhere of note, and if an irl signing happens between now and our period opening up I could easily miss them.

In terms of tendering, even if we didn't draft the player the original round tender sticks to whatever round he was drafted in by any team correct? So if I original round tender someone who was drafted by one team but cut then that original round still stands?

Correct.

If only I had studied the Ravens RFAs and not just the UFAs I wouldn't have picked them. This is some tough decisions on who to tender.

Agree, Cleveland would love him, but RG3 would not.
