I know we've only gone through 8 teams but I'm somewhat surprised certain teams are still available.

I know we're still early in this so not many people have teams, but please, no trade talk at all until everyone has a team.  We'd like for everyone to have the same opportunity.

On another note, although it's not fully confirmed yet, the CoCo has been discussing a move to use overthecap.com instead of Spotrac.  The presentation is a little cleaner.  Hopefully by the end of the team selection process, we'll have the salary cap number and which site we're using noted in the rules thread.  Tender prices have been added.

There are a few differences between the sites but nothing major.

Noticed a couple of differences in the salery figures (nothing major on my team about a mil), it was more specific in positioning with DE/OLB being 3-4 or 4-3 and noted a few players with position changes like Erving a center not a guard.  Can live with either site

As we are picking teams I started going over my 2016 Forum Mock as the GM of the Chargers.  My best picks are as follows.

Ronnie Stanley With the 7th pick

Chris Jones in the middle of the 7th

Sean Davis in the 4th

Dak Prescott at the end of the 6th

Im also hoping that Treadwell, my other 1st round pick turns out as well.

im hoping my 2017 FM turns out as well as last year.

Sorry.  I had a really rough night.  I went with an easy-yet-close team.  I wanted to go in two other directions, but I played both teams recently (hint, hint) and I wanted some respite.

Totally get it, besides they have a qb and a bunch of cap space,

We made great progress waking up and having reached pick 12 is really good.

Some Teams were not on my shortlist, but I wont call it a surprise. Everybody looks out for something else in his team, plus you never know who has knowledge of a certain team. That makes the team selection so exciting.

On my part, picking at 14, 5 Teams of my Top 14 are still available and even 4 of my Top 10 which makes it an even better morning.

I heavily considered the Packers, but so many key free agents at back up positions plus a young and struggling secondary. I was going to pick them, but with how crazy FA prices get, not a chance to probably add talent like I'd want.

Also really thought about the Browns, but not the best FA class at the moment and that talent isn't the best on the roster. Same with the Bucs, except the Bucs have a franchise quarterback.

Jaguars were probably my third team, but came out on top after a little debating. They also have excellent young talent to build around, so this could be a fun team.

That was my pause but I thought they had enough cap room to add the pieces I'd like to add. Kind of figured that I'm at least a steady threat as long as I have Rodgers at the helm.  Not the perfect situation but really think I can make do with them.

I thought about their cap space, but then I remembered we have players go for 30M and I thought never mind.
