Were the Ravens REALLY ready to trade their entire 2008 draft for Matt Ryan? Ray Lewis gave Super Bowl pre-game speeches … in a garage. Lewis is up next for Hall of Fame eligibility – here’s a dream scenario.

Who knows what would've happened if the Rams had agreed? It is all pure conjecture at this point. With Lewis and Reed, we may have won a couple or 3 SBs or may have won none. Let's be happy with who we have because the alternative reality didn't happen. I'll tell you this much, Ryan is a great QB without question. He is the NFL MVP after all and he alone didn't lose the SB yesterday, the Falcons entire team and especially the coaches did with impractical situational football coaching.

Bill Bella cheat, Tom shady and the patriots have had internal support from major sources financially, to cheating,  from the commissioner Goodell to their owner Kraft. To me, obviously the patriots and NFL plan to get two more Super Bowl's before retirement is even an option. Even their retirement could be orchestrated.  Very sickening to think.

As far as the 2008 draft goes, we'll never know what else would or could've happened or how it played out. What I do know is that much like us, their first rounder is the only one left on the team to this day.

If you watch and understand the game, you would know that it is an impossible to compare players from different eras. You would also know that certain players have it much better than others in terms of their situation and the organization around them. The media and the public likes to gush about the "Greatest of All Time", but it is nonsense. I don't need to hear the media gush over Tom Brady anymore than they already have. Thanks BR.com for being a part of the problem!

You guys wanna call MARTY/HARBZ a bunch of morons for not running it from the 1 in a week 13 match up? Instead of running on a third-and-1 midway through the fourth, quarterback Matt Ryan was strip-sacked by Donta Hightower, and that fumble led to the touchdown and two-point conversion that made it a one-score game... So were not the only idiots to pass when run was needed... feel that much better

If the Patriots only played in a REAL division like the AFCN.

Man I've been saying the same thing for years. They won there division every year except twice since Brady has been there. The teams in there division have been disgusting so there almost garunteed a trip to the playoffs. There's more but I'm so sick of the Patriots....smh

Here's hoping we have a good offseason. We're the only team in the AFC and probably NFC that always play the Pats tough. Let's do this! Congrats to the Pats.

I am so happy that I didn't once hear the phrase "One for the thumb." I got so sick of that BS when Pitt was going for their 5th ring.

Agreed but we were 2-2 vs their conference this season beating he Bills and Dolphins and losing to the Pats and the lowly Jets....

SO...as much as I agree that the Pats are in a weaker division.... I still think we were not where we were supposed to be this year...and proof is that we were .500 against that weak division.

We need to simply get better in a lot of areas but the # 1 area is closing teams out... WHICH WE HAVE NOT DONE WELL SINCE DEAN PEES ARRIVED IN BMORE

IF we are going to take the next step. IT has to start there... regardless of who we play!

I think Ray Lewis is diluting his 'passion brand' by speaking to both SB teams in an empty garage! While it shows us his skill, it dilutes the passion he brings out when he speaks to actual groups imho.

While I admit NE's offense was getting it done in the 4th qtr, Atl. lost the game with poor coaching decisions. Same as NE's win against Seattle. Coaches lost that game. The Atl. players must be overwhelmed with anger.

I'm done "hating" on the Pats. That comeback was insane. Brady is the GOAT, hands down. To do what he's done at that age and always with a bunch of no-names, is just ridiculous. We can call them cheaters, or say they're in a weak division; and even state that the Falcons play calling late was atrocious; but the results show that we're witnessing the greatest football of our time. It really, REALLY pains me to admit it, as I hate the Pats; but I have to tip my hat, and concede: Brady is the greatest of all time.

The NFL is becoming more and more like WWE- it's more about entertaining and less about playing the freakin' game. With all the billions that are tied up in the league, each week and especially the Super Bowl- there's no way I'll believe that a lot of what we're seeing ain't scripted. Heck, we're probably just a few years away from entire seasons being choreographed.

i think one thing people are over looking is the FALCONS did lay out the BLUEPRINT on how to beat the PATS,from what i saw, they were a team built exactly the way DENVER won their SUPERBOWL.to me they would of won ofcourse if they even just answered the PATS scores with atleast field goals,i would of opened up with the hurry up,further wearing their defense out and adding points, instead of going into clock killing mode, they should of went into PATS killing mode.even if BRADY and BELICHICK retire, the PATS will still win titles because their game plan is ingrained into the franchise.

Just proof that Bellicheck really is the best coach in the league. He finds a way to win while others find a way to lose. It pains me to say it but after that comeback last night he and Brady may be the greatest of all time. As much as I hate the patriots, we all watched something historic last night.

Agreed, After Julio Jones catch... a FG would have won that game... 3 runs and a FG would have expanded that lead and killed the clock. that would have probably been that dagger. Plus...Matt Ryan spiked the ball ???? they are trying to kill the clock and he spikes the ball???? unthinkable- he later gives us a sack and then a holding penalty taking them out of FG range?

IDK but that comes from the play book of what not to do wit the game on the line? SMH

Falcons Biggest Chokers the World has ever seen. I saw Jerry Coleman trying to put Matt Ryan over Flacco last night at end of 3rd quarter. Then what happens.. Matty Ice melted like the wicked witch of the west. Fumble turnover, gamechanger. And critical Sack instead of audibling to runs or just throwing the ball out of bounds.

Falcons still the most overrated team ever.
Any other team and that game is over. Packers,Cowboys,Hawks etc
Not the Atlanta Chokers

have to agree with you. they are the best. seems they become even better when fingers are pointed towards them or accused of wrong doing. they have a blueprint and have stuck to it. ravens need to decide what type of team they want to be and stick with that philosophy

People saying Brady is G.O.A.T. nope. Greatest Winner yes. But compare him to Bill Russell in nba(11 titles) yet Russell rarely gets put into the MJ,Kobe, whoever convo.

It takes more then rings to be the g.o.a.t., it takes peak athletic ability and skill, plus legit numbers. Now Just to compare brady isnt even in Aaron Rodgers league athletically gifts wise or a Elway of the 90s.
Brady whether his backers like it on not is like Montana a great system qb. Westcoast bunch of slot wrs who get yac.
Hes not G.o.a.t.
Stick him on the Browns with no bellicheck, no mcdaniels, no nothing. He might win 8 games. Playing in afc Least every year helps cupcake division too.

Put a Elway or Rodgers on the Browns the they win division titles at worst. Because They have bazooka arms, make plays with their feet, and especially Rodgers his accuracy is as good as Brady, he throws average wrs open, when they are not open puts it in smallest windows

Point is that they would not be able to win the division EVERY year as they have done in the east. If they do not win their division every year, they do not get the byes and they do not end up in that many Super Bowls. Yep, I'm hating on them because I can't stand them.

If you think the NFL is rigged FOR the Pats AFTER deflate gate, well, idk what to tell you. That literally makes no sense.

IF the NFL is rigged, and I wonder this often, it's rigged for entertainment. They don't want blowouts (parity). That's why the officiating changed after Pats scored. Let them back in it, because ratings. Outcome doesn't matter. You either get Falcons winning finally, going into their new stadium, or you get the Brady and Belichick being the best ever.

They want specific team matchups for specific weeks. They want storylines. And the Pats always winning is not good for business. Why would they let them win? It's all about ratings.

Holy Snapface , did MARTY MORNINGWIG call the falcons plays in the 4th quarter.. we are in field goal range we kick a field goal and the game is over, but HEY lets not RUN the ball lets take a chance to get a sack (it happened ) or get a holding penalty (it happened) and give them a chance to tie it , yeah that's the ticket,,, dumb as a rock!!! Falcon Fans welcome to our world with MORNINGWIG...

We can make assumptions like that, but realistically, they have owned about everyone in the league for a long time. They have beat everyone in our division at both home and on the road. They are always extremely tough to beat, and they would be the team to beat in every division. I can't stand them either, but I respect what they do. They win, period.

If there's one thing the Pats seem to be very good at it is making in game adjustments. Harbaugh's crew has never seemed to even try to make adjustments no matter who is calling the plays. Pats came out of halftime with

If by choking you mean calling the wrong plays for the situation then you need to take the halks off of your list. They proved they also can choke on the biggest stage and to the pats no less. The Cowboys choked against the Packers just last month in a final game winning drive so they are off too. 2 years ago the Packers choked to the Seahawks after being up 16 at halftime in the championship game.

So I guess its not any other team and the game is over huh?
