That's correct. When they blocked Tucker's FG attempt the guy managed to not touch a player, which was what made that particular play so outstanding.

Yup, the penalty they called was incorrect but should have been a penalty nonetheless

I think you can't touch a lineman, which he did. But I also think the penalty was him being over LOS when ball was snapped
