This is the problem... I think another team is going to take him high because of the athleticism (especially if he runs a sub 4.5 at his pro-day like he said he would at the combine). I don't see his value as a first round pick though so I don't think we get a shot at him at all.

I do and I think top to mid 2nd is exactly where he'll go

Have to expect CB Sidney Jones to drop not due to a poor combine or off the field issues. He suffered what is being reported as a ruptured Achilles Tendon and will be expected to need 8-12 months to recover which would essentially have him missing his entire rookie season.

Touted as one of the top 5 corners in this draft he is certainly going to drop off some since he can't actually play for anybody needing an immediate impact/starter from the draft. Question is, how far does he drop? I don't think the Ravens should draft him 16th overall, but if he's there in the second round at 16? I am not so sure he makes it past the 2nd round.

When did this news come out? A lot of people, including me, were expecting us to take Jones.

Man, hate to see that. I don't see us taking him anymore, considering he'll probably fall to second round, which I assume we'll use on a WR, then use our first for another CB that can start immediately.

We're going bpa. So it could be a pass rusher or a receiver. I could see Derek Barnett fall because of his combine and Corey Davis fall because he never had a pro day or combine. A lot of others helped themselves and that could push those 2 down. The ravens wouldn't pass on either player with their production. Corner is deep and we can add one in the 2nd or 3rd round. Would still have great value there.

True. I still mostly think of pre-combine draft scenarios that I've looked into, but I'm not sure what players are the most likely to fall to us that were projected earlier given combine results. I don't think that many bpa picks wouldn't fill a hole anyway (many good edge, cb, and wr), given who is expected to be picked around the time we're on the board, but you never know.
