Im on PFF and at no point was Alex Lewis the highest rated guard. He actually graded poorly at guard and tackle..so unless there has been some kind of regrading this must be an error?

that isn't true either. Tunsil is rated far higher on PFF. So this article garrett has posted is actually a bit of a lie.

Still a lot of holes to fill.
We do have some very good young guys
1. CJ
2. Rico Suave
3. Tavon
4. Kafusi
5. A Lewis
6. Dixon
7. Perriman
8. Maxx
9. Waller
10. Boyle
11. C Moore
12. Pierce
13 KC (at least potentially)
14. Marcus Cannaday (still think he will produce)
15. Judon
16. Z Smith
17. Timmy
18. B Williams
19. Rick Wags
18. Z Orr (not sure of the age of the last 4 but still on rookie contracts)

That is a lot to build off of... and a very solid nucleus of talent to add with the core veterans like:
1. Suggs
2. Flacco
3. Pitta
4. Yanda
5. Tucker
6. Ben Watson (?)
7. Jimmy
8. Weddle
9. L Guy
10.Koch

We may actually be over loaded at TE (what position did Ozzie play-LOL).
we need to add

1. CB
2. WR
3. KR /PR
4. OLB (to begin to groom to take Suggs spot)
5. S
6. RB
7. OL (depending on how FA goes probably a C and T)

So we have some holes at least 8 but we also have a long of talent and even a lot of young talent that (if we can fill those) we should be in good shape next year and really over the next 2-3 seasons!

I wouldn't consider these "very good" young guys

Kufasi- hasn't even played yet
Maxx- looks like a complete bust-another 2nd rounder
Waller
KC- another 2nd round bust
Canady

I hope we resign Wagner. There's no telling there. Pitta is average at best. Overated receiver and can't block at all. Pitta should be cut. Maybe Flacco won't throw 3 yard passes to him all game that way.

CB is definitely our biggest need. After that I would have to say it's no doubt C. then Wr

We have talent but not a lot of leadership after Sizzle, who's here for maybe 1 more year. Unless we absolutely nail a CB in the 1rst, and draft a very good wr, I don't see us being at the top soon. Unless we can get back to a legitimate number D. Need a shut down corner for that. Flacco isn't gonna carry us so back to ground and pound and D

and so many people say Ozzie cant draft anymore.

yes, he's been pretty awful for about 7 years now. Picking at 6 and 17, you better pick good players

we picking in the top 15 again....if we can land a WR, OLB or CB.....we would be set.

I say CB, then C, then Wr. Maybe switch wr and C depending on how the draft goes. I'm not as worried about OLB but that would mean Sizzle, Z, and Judon would all have to be reliable and produce. Also curious if we're going Webb again at FS or if we're gonna cut him. I would love to see us pick up Cyphrien and play Weddle at FS.

The biggest need is CB then OL hands down. I would then say pass rusher and WR. We never had a great WR anyway, we will pick up a veteran anyway. We need to allow the young guys a chance to play. Give Perriman, Moore, Cap chances before we bring in more WR.

We need a top flight CB. I like Humphrey personally. We also need quality depth at not only corner, but all over the secondary. Get rid of Wright, Arrington, Powers was on a one year deal, and Lewis. I would give Webby another year then, he needs to be gone.

I think we have quality depth at pass rusher, we just need a top flight pass rusher.

Congrats to Mosley and Stanley for making the top 25 players under 25. I expect to see more accolades for these two as their careers progress.

trade up 2nd round and grab McCaffrey! well still nice to dream bout it even tho its not happening

In what world do we need an undersized scat-back? I don't understand all these people saying to draft Cook outta FSU...now McCaffrey? We have 2, if not 3 solid backs already on our roster. We just have to actually, you know, run the ball. If we want to take a back in the later rounds for insurance, ok sure, but people are talking about blowing our 1st rounder on a RB...why? It makes 0 sense.

I was negative on CJ's coverage skills in 2015, but he greatly improved that area as he continued to be one of our better playmakers. He will definitely be getting a 2nd contract if he keeps his play up.

Cook is a dominant RB with breakaway speed. Aka you don't need blocking and Cook can still take one to the house and score. Our offense needs more playmakers that make big plays Why wouldn't you want a stud RB and a new commitment to running the football? Dixon is a solid all around RB, but lacks the top end speed. IMO West is a big body who runs hard, but isn't starting caliber in the NFL. Go watch some Ray Rice videos and you will see that the RB position still needs vast improvement if we want to contend in the playoffs.

yea scat backs tend to have a hard time in the AFC north. Just ask Chris Rainey and Dri Archer (i think there were also so off the field issues with those guys). It also doesn't make sense to take a RB with early picks if they aren't every down backs. I would take LF though. I just took a gander at NFL draft scouts RB ratings and Cook is actually at 1 LF 2 and CM 3. I think LF is hurt but I don't think he makes it to us. Donta Foreman is also an interesting option. It would be nice if we had a RB that could also serve as FB. Killing two birds with one stone kind of thing. Donta is just as big as Kyle. But obviously there are other questions that would have to be answered to do that type of thing. First how is he at catching out of the backfield. And does Donta know how to block and if not could he be taught. And really the first question is some what related to character which is, would he be willing to block.
