We take 1 fired Buffalo coach and Buffalo retaliates by taking away 2 of Harbaugh's buddies! Leslie Frazier did a world of good in the 1 year he was here. He's going to be hard to replace.

Dang. Frazier turned around the secondary's ability to focus on takeaways. This one stings. Hope they keep up the tennis ball drills during OTA's and training camp, to keep that laser focus.

What is it with these former EAGLE coaches that has them always wanting to be tied in with each other no matter what team they may be working for? They seem to flock together and the end result is the same as it was in Phila. Kind of feel for the Bills fans now. Looks like they will be definitely going down hill for a while now. Getting rid of Castillo is worth it though. Now we need to find another quality Secondary coach. Sure hope that a few of those pathetic DB's go north to Buffalo too. Here we go again, hoping to see improvement and having to listen to all the hype about how good this team will be in 2017. Gets old each year especially when the team can't measure up once the season begins. Way to many softies on the team and they need to go. Maybe Steve B has put certain people on notice. Time will tell.

I'm surprised no one has suggested McDermott take Harbs as well, lol. I hate seeing Frazier leave after only one season here. He definitely helped the D become a better unit while here.

I wonder would they go after Gus Bradley or Ray Horton to replace Leslie. Chris Hewitt has been tried and it really didn't go that well. Not sure if it was because of lack of talent or coaching but as a fan I would prefer someone hired from outside organization.

I would rather have the Ravens fire Dean Pees and hire Leslie Frazier as defensive coordinator instead. I believe he would've been a good defensive coordinater here. SMH. Now l'm worried about Dean Pees cost us games in the 4th Q with the prevent defense again.

Good for him that he gets to choose where he works. It's a promotion after all and he's a very well spoken man that is highly qualified to be a DC. I don't know if Harbaugh tenure in Baltimore is seen as tenuous at best and therefore the assistant coaches will look for new stable opportunities. In any case, wish things were different so he could've stayed and maybe become the DC here. But, again the Bills defense is loaded with talent too and maybe Frazier thought he could instill his 'never bend to give an opportunity for others to break' defense.

I like that idea as well. I don't get why John Harbaugh want to keep the same coaches that were horribly tremendous last year and cost us huge games. l don't get that. He should've hire Norv Turner as offensive coordinater and hire Leslie Frazier/Gus Bradley (like you said) as defensive coordinater. Greg Roman hire was a good one because he is very good helping the run game and usually been top 10 in the league so that was a good hire by Harbaugh.

Not too sure about that one Mom. With a new HC coming in, it's not uncommon to see the whole staff scrapped, allowing McDermott to choose his own staff. Now if Reed had ties to McDermott or Frazier, I could see it as a possibility but, since he doesn't, I suspect he'll be left on the outside.

I wonder sometimes if Reed isn't coming to Baltimore because his relationship with Harbaugh isn't all that kosher. Especially the fact that Reed led the players revolt a few years ago to call out Harbaugh. Just saying...

"Not wanting" and "not being able to get" are two different things. To suggest we don't want one is silly.

Reed was there because of Rex. The decision is up to Frazier. If he's smart he'll keep Ed.

I think the decision is more up to McDermott than Frazier.
