Leslie Frazier hired by Bills for DC position.

with the way the Isray is handling the Colts situation maybe we will be in luck and have Chuck Pagano and Ted Monachino come on the market late when all the teams have filled their holes and we can swoop in and bring them back to where they belong. Really hate how that situation is playing out right now as I think Pagano and their coaching staff is solid, and extremely good people. They deserve a better place though.

So with  Leslie Frazier gone and  Chris Hewitt promoted to secondary coach to replace him does this mean Dean Pees is back in the booth? I know Pees said he felt more comfortable calling plays from the sidelines not only to have better communication with players but because he felt more comfortable doing so with  Frazier up in the booth which tells me Frazier was probably more involved with the secondary coverage schemes more than we thought or he was trusted more to be Dean Pees extra eyes on the field.

Why goto Bills of all places though?

They have players that tunes out coaches every year.

Because there are only a finite number of DC jobs available in any given season, and there's practically no coach that has the ability to be picky about where they want to go.
