I truly have a ton of respect for this owner. Some owners would try to dodge the tough questions, or try to be politically correct, but he did not dodge one single question, and he honestly expressed how he felt. I was like "WoW".

Steve is a great owner.  His ability not to over-react and fire people so easily really shows how committed he is to this team.  But damn, the guy isnt a very good public speaker.

i didnt really feel that way - he felt pretty assured and expressive to me - i was pretty into him speaking the way he did... if that isnt good public speaking then i dont know what is - it's not like he was doing a TED talk

Yea i know what you mean, i guess i am viewing it as something different than its intention.  Just way he would stutter a lot and search for the words, i can understand its an emotional topic, maybe just judging too hard

the best way to judge in my opinion is did he engage the room and draw everyone in - and i think he did that - if anything he dominated the room and bent it to his will lol

I hope he is sincere in wanting to improve. So tired of watching a game and hearing how other teams can develop offensive talent year after year (The Steelers) and we cannot. Sometimes it seems like most others teams improve every year but the last few years we have been steadily falling apart due to lack of replacing talent and it has finally started to be a glaring problem.

I know we replaced the wide receivers coach a few years ago but I still have yet to see improvement really as well. Makes me wonder if the Ravens need to go after a different wide coach to work with wide receivers.

But,,,, He didnt fire anybody!!! Why did he allow Harbaugh and Pees to stay. Lets face it,,Suppose the Pats played bad you think Bob Kraft would let things slide? No way he would!

Watching that press conference really put me in my place, and reminded me that Steve Biscotti is a Much smarter man than I am. And, he seems to be able to control his emotions better than I can as well, although I've never seen his reactions while watching our games or immediately thereafter. It, also, reminded me something else I already knew. Mr. Bisciotti is the best owner in sports and we are Very blessed to have him. I say all this because I am not a John Harbaugh fan and admit that I did not want to see him retained. It's nothing personal. It's strictly football and there are simply too many reasons I think this way to go into it here. And, I do believe that next season should decide Harbaugh's fate as our HC going forward. But, Mr. Bisciotti did not become as successful as he has by making quick, and emotional decisions and I am truly glad about that. That's not to say that my opinion of Harbs as a HC is based on quick, emotional reasons. It is not. But, I will, Absolutely, trust Mr. Bisciotti's decisions and will genuinely hope that I am wrong about Harbs and that we have a great season next year. Yep, I wanted Harbaugh, and both his OC and DC gone. But, like I said, Steve Biscotti is Much smarter than I am. Thank you, Mr. Bisciotti, for being the owner of our team and for loving it every bit, if not more, than we do.

It's funny that his end of the year press conference is the one that I'm most excited about.......

As long as Ravens nation have him, we are always and always in good hands....

well one thing fur sur is that bicsiotti now owns it.  he said we are sta yin the course and change is bad.  he says we are one draft from turnin it all around.  I don't think its gonna matter how we draft. it gonna be more of the same but bisciotti says this year comin is the y ear.  so his decision to not make decisions is a decision and its on him now. he's said some head scratchers this year fur sur. puzzlements
