I've never been much a fan of Boulware but he's made some really nice plays this game. He's smart and diagnoses plays well, but man he misses some tackles.

He was their defensive mvp no question.

Man, I want him as one of our third round picks. He held his own against a ferocious front of Bama.

He's been a stud under the radar. Built like a mauler but plays like a technician and for once he showed a mean streak. I like him in the 3rd if he's there and I've liked him a while.

I just said if he is there with our first third round pick that would be a steal. We need that nastiness at center.

Ryan Anderson was impressive tonight. Tim Williams was awful, Clemson's tackles handled him easily.

Anderson is tenacious and has a great motor. He is a great ball player. I won't be surprised if he sneaks into the first of he has a good combine.

I have been a huge Williams fan, but he got handled tonight. He wasn't effective what so ever.

The hype on Tim was big. He looked so skinny. I hope we don't get him.

Watson made a case for to QB tonight. Hopefully there's a run on QBs and that forces top talents down more

I think his stock is hurt. I don't see any chance he goes top 15 unless he blows up at the combine. The same RT Anderson was consistently getting the better of was stone walling Williams. Don't get me wrong he is a good player, his burst was good, he used a few good spins and had recent hands on some plays. But there were others that he just fell into the arms of he tackle and he went no where.

Man I still think he can grow into a machine because he has burst, bend and a decent array of pass rush moves but he just looked outmuscled and kept slipping when he makes a good spin or use of his hands.

I don't know if I'd take him at 17 though. I would easily take Anderson in the second and not think twice though.

I was hoping he would have had a good enough game that someone takes him ahead of us. Much prefer Charles Harris.

After that performance i have to go back and rewatch him, if he displays those instincts every game then i think he might be an option in the mid rounds, we do need ILB depth. Can't teach instincts, not the most athletically gifted guy but at worst he diagnoses plays really well.

He won t be there in 3rd. We need to build our OL. If we don t want to put money there in free agency, then we have to invest in draft. I said a second rd on a center. Did you see how our offense regressed when Matt Birk retired?

Big games like this are more likely to help others' stock than hinder Tim Williams - yes he wasn't as effective as he could be but it was 1 game, and anderson's stock will improve because he really showed up again no matter the opponent

I would have liked Tim Williams to do more but if this means he falls to us at 16 I'll be pleased

i would have liked Ryan Anderson at 48 as well but that looks unlikely now unless a couple of the edge guys around him kill the combine / senior bowl / prodays

if we don't get a pass rusher in the 1st then I think Ozzie's love of bama guys might persuade him to trade up and get Anderson

So the 2014 offense doesn't count?

That was Kubiak offense plus Zuttah was playing better then.

Huge Harria fan. I've been delusional in believing we could potentially land him in the second. I think he goes in the 20s of we pass on him.

I don't think he's worth it at 16 - still sorting out my first big board etc. as it's early but his value just doesn't feel right to me at 16

At 48, that might be a bit high to take him, but if corners and rushers get depleted then I would not be opposed at all.

We retain Wagner, Stanley and Lewis develop, Yanda plays another all-pro season and we add in Guillermo, boy our line would be nasty.

We have edge protection and maulers on the inside. Flacco gets time and we get West and Dixon rolling.

We had Gradkowski for most of 13'. Zuttah was our center all of 14' and we was playing well up until this year.

I agree. We can get our pass rusher in rd 1 and DBs in rd 3. DBs class is deep this year that we can get a starter at rd 3.

I agree. As far as rushers go. I have it as Garrett, Allen, Williams--not an immediate impact guy I feel though, but will develop into a beast, then Harris, McKinley, Anderson. Harris at 16 is a stretch unless we trade back and acquire an extra 4th or 3rd which we bundle to move up in the second.

I would much rather land a safe, exceptional talent like Sidney Jones, Jamal Adams, or even Reuben Foster if that is the way the draft went.

DBs are always weird to project - it seems more luck based than other positions - I'd feel a lot better if we got a db in the first 2 rounds - one of the first 9 or so corners would be ideal - I think the drop off after them is pretty big

No Gino was horrible in 13 that is why we trade for Zuttah. Then Zuttah play better in Kubiak offense( who does not play better in his offense). Then that was it. I honestly beliebe our OL issue starting when Matt Birk retired. Man, give protection to Flacco, he will tear down the defense.

Unlike the depth, but I am wondering when the big run in them will be because a majority of the league all needs corners. The top shelf edge rushers could go quick and we could be starring down Harris as the best one on the board, which could lead Ozzie to trading down or selecting a corner early if he believes they are head and shoulders above the rest of the class, which I believe Wilson and Sid Jonea easily are.

I pray for a mauler at center in the first three rounds though. Guillermo or even the center from Baylor looked good this year. We will see.

That will be nice too. Get a corner or safety in rd 1. Then i won t waste our 2nd rd on a developmental pass rusher. We already have Judon, Z Smith and KC if we move him OLB. I would go top center in rd 2.

Jay guillermo clemson center has been pretty good tonight 6'3 310

Guillermo did very well and has been pretty darn good all year long. I really like him as a 3rd round pick and I see him going around that spot. I could be wrong but I've heard the hype narrative before after a single late impressive game. The fact is centers don't get drafted high.

I love Howard but he hasn't had the best season at times and has been quiet but I think it's partly due to that freshman QB.

Darn right Anderson was. He had himself a heck of a game and showed violent use of hands, ability to press and seal the edge, rush the passer upfield. He doesn't bend as well as the other elite pass rushers and I noticed he tends to get too high upfield a lot and lacks a lot of the pass rushing moves you want from an edge defender but he's really good.

I've always thought Williams would likely fall to our first pick and that it was very possible he'd fall to our second round pick or within trade range. I keep hearing that character concerns will drop him. Anderson had a much better game.

I think Guillermo will be there in the third or at least within trade range. Much depends on the combine but I'd say he'll go between our 3rd round picks or shortly after our KO comp should we not pick him.  It happens a lot with C.

Yup big fan. He's also maintained a 4.0 gpa in sports management. I think Ozzie would love him as a prospect

First off I'd like to say that was a great game by both teams. I'm an Alabama fan but I have to say I wanted watson to win and end his career on the right note. He should be the 1st qb taken and I've said it all year. The kid is a winner and a natural born leader. I really hope the browns pass on him however cause i want to see the kid succeed. I'd rather him go to SF or really just anywhere but the jags, jets and browns lol

Other notes. I think Mike Williams solidified his spot in the top 10. Ryan Anderson should now be a first rounder.

Tim Williams struggled I am starting to have a lot of questions about him, his character is a concern and the way he played last night adds to the question on how good he can be. He's a boom or bust prospect like takk except takk doesnt have the character concerns williams has and he's much more reliable vs the run.

Ben boulaware is a football player and would love to bring him in. Showed high football iq last night and think he could be a great special teams player.

The part that impressed me most however was Clemsons offensive line in the second half especially the interior and how they got a push when they needed to. Jay G the Clemson Center has to be in consideration for a 3rd round pick especially with how well he's played the last 2 games against some of the most athletic fronts in the country.

Great game by both teams. That's what college football is all about. Wish we could have a trilogy between these 2 teams with watson.
