[News] Justin Tucker Named Unanimous First-Team All-Pro

Kid Dynamite.

It is crazy how we just watched him trot out there for these 50+ yard kicks and could basically just go take a bathroom break or grab a cold one, while other team's fans are biting their nails as their kicker heads out to kick a PAT.

Hope he can keep it up, if he can kick stead for the next 5-7 years I think he's HOF.

So very disappointed Ravens did not let Tucker try a 70 yard FG in the last game!

If there was ever a good chance to just, you know give it a try with little repercussions, that was the game to do. I will be waiting to see them let him try a 70 yard FG next time they are in a lopsided game that is out of reach.

Great work Tucker, Mosley, Orr and Yanda.

I don't see how 50 sports writers can be more prestigious than 1000s of fans and the players themselves. I put very little faith in sports writers.

Best regular season for a kicker in NFL history. 38/39 10/10 from 50+. His only miss came on a blocked kick where the Pats out-schemed us. In a league where kickers can't make extra points Tucker is automatic from 50+.

What's funny is that Oz was trying to low ball Tucker with his contract even though he's the best kicker in the league and then Tucker called Oz's bluff by saying that if a deal wasn't done by the deadline then he'd leave - funny how Oz had to surrender to Tucker's demand and funny how he tries to low ball every one (e.g. Anquan, Osemele, etc..)- I'm sure that leaves a bad taste in their mouths, but that's also how he was able to sign Jimmy Smith on the cheap. I hope Brandon Williams doesn't get offended by Oz's first offer either to the point where he's like Osemele and doesn't even want to come back.

What's also kind of funny is that Harbs and Rosburg, while Special Teams coaches, got outsmarted by Belichick again- had it not been for that one blocked fg, Tucker would've had a perfect season- I'm sure that's killing Harbs and Rosburg, and the Wolfpack on the inside- it should've never happened, but ironic how the Pats and Belichick of all people prevented the perfect season- I guess what goes around comes around- I felt badly for Tucker this happened due to the oversight of our coaches

When you are the best at your craft, it becomes easy to garner a unanimous selection for this kind of honor. Congratulations Justin, you deserve every mention coming your way.
