Unless you stop making wonky decisions during games, John, no amount of coaching changes will motivate the players to play for you. They are disgusted but cannot voice their opinion due to job security issues.

Harbaugh's insistence on sticking with his guys reminds me of Billick sticking with Boller to the bitter end.

It's not the bitter end until Harbaugh's balding. This year was growing pains. The fact no one called these last few seasons a rebuild mode doesn't erase the fact there are growing pains to be expected.

Compared to last season, this season was much better overall. Yes there is room for improvement, but overall there is more to be content with that dissatisfied.

1. Address the CB need this offseason, no excuses.
2.Address the offense and get it locked before training camp opens, or it will be a repeat of last season going into a season just guessing what will happen.

If this was a "rebuilding mode" year, then why didn't John use some of the lesser players to give them some play time on Sunday? The only thing this team is building is a sinking ship.

"John Harbaugh said Tuesday that the Ravens will look to surround Mornhinweg and quarterback Joe Flacco with a talented staff."

What have they been doing so far?!?

I will wait to see it all unfold before I make any further comments about the staff.

Nobody believes in this organization right now. Slowly eroding fan trust

You're using the term "Nobody" and doesn't speak for everyone.  It is a term that speaks for a few...  not the majority.

John, why don't you NOT do it as fast as you can. Try doing it right if that takes time, it takes time.

I have no trust in this man. His talent appraisals have been less then outstanding. His ability to grasp, admit and then fix short comings is just plan non- existent. What we don't need is more of his homies. He may be on the right track surround yourself with good qualified people. If they test you now and then deal with it.

What has hurt him more than anything is surrounding himself with mediocrity. He does not have the management skills or the football IQ to overcome these deficits.

playing musical chairs. Ravens need to stabilize the offensive staff but I would add that his in-game decision making, constantly going for it on 4th down early in games instead of using Tucker cost the team at least 2 wins just this year. it's a pattern that John Harbaugh needs to correct.

Get moving NOW, before new head coaches start filling their coaching staffs. I still say Mornigweg and Pees should be let go, start fresh. I understand the need for continuity, it doesn't make sense not to keep those two, the problems start with them. Flacco didn't get better with Mornigweg as quarterback coach.

Yeah- that will fix everything....especially a 10 year rookie QB.
Re our 'philosophy':
Perhaps that will change. Yes, the philosophy of just keep it close until the last drive, keep checking down to avoid running the ball/ to pad Joes passing yards, pass to stop the clock when you should be running it (while throwing interceptions), pass on first down intro double teams when you are inside the 10- also on first down, have a head coach and a quarterback that know when this is wrong- but do not try to stop it, keep blowing smoke on knaive fans. Yes. A great philosophy.

Lmaooo...you spoke nothing but FACTS my friend. As long as the name Harbaugh is still associated with the Ravens, the situation will remain hopeless.

The whole FO is dysfunctional and the owner needs to give Coachspeak, Ozzie and Cass an ultimatum. No more blown drafts, No more (Limited botched) coaching decisions, Revamp the scouting dept and allow the coaching coordinators more say as to whom Ozzie drafts. It's obvious there is disconnect between the powers that be. Aged players with huge contracts still be coveted like some other team is waiting to pounce i.e Webb whom should be a no-brainer to be cut. Dumervil cut. I'll wager that neither gets the boot. Why because blind loyalty is part of the Ravens way of doing business. Bad contracts and bad drafts make for 8-8 records. No co winkie dink.

As for changes to the coaching staff, I may be in the minority here but:

The rushing stats since Castillo was brought in in his first full season in 2013-2014:

2013-0214:  30th in rushing yards, 30th in rushing yards per game, 32nd in rushing yards per attempt.

2015-2016:  26th in rushing yards and 26th in rushing yards per game, 24th in rushing yards per attempt.

2016-2017:  28th in rushing yards, 28th in rushing yards per game, 21st in rushing yards per attempt.

What is Harbs seeing in those stats or is he blinded by loyalty?

I'm not even sure it's loyalty in question

Coaching staff is stale and out of step, that means ALL of them. Why is Harbs still here???? Draft picks, why is Newsome still here???? We have been waiting for his GREAT receiver for 15 years. Look at New England, I don't care who plays receiver they win. They have a QB who wants to ONLY win and will do what's needed to get the players the ball. We have Mr. either throw to the other team or into the ground. It's just sad to see what has happened to this team.

Raid the Patriots staff and get results. Every year, in and out they have un parallel success.  The only game I witnessed  Ravens full satisfaction and success was against Miami and the only year since the SB was 2014 withGary Kubiak.  Otherwise we are bland and ordinary

I feel your pain. What they don't get is simple. You need to make those 3rd down plays. That means stop with the 1 yard check down pass's, stop with the run up the middle when it's 3rd and 12, stop under-throwing the deep ball to wide receivers. Its all about 3rd down. When Joe's in trouble. he needs to get steppin and start running. He needs to throw between zones and over the middle. All of those are big changes that need to be made. Don't get me started on the D. Lets see how the draft goes!
