This is going to be a big offseason for this organization. It will determine whether we turn into the Browns, Jaguars or Lions. First of all i would not be that disappointed if Harbaugh were fired tomorrow. He is a good guy but his voice is lost with these players.

Why do you put a player on the roster and then make him inactive in a game that doesn't matter. We had a chance to see what Keenan Reynolds can do, but of course we have to wait until next year. Another reason why Harbs and company must go.

Since the roster overhaul following SB 47, the Ravens have gone 31-33. The numbers don't lie- this is simply an average football team. "Play like a Raven" hasn't carried the same meaning that it did when Ray Lewis was the face of this franchise.

Spoiled Ravens' fans. One losing season in 9 seasons in the toughest division in football. Good luck finding a head coach with Harbaugh's success. Everyone is trying to do it and no one really is. We have issues but it is not the head coach. Our pass rushers are old. We haven't had a decent secondary in 4 years. Same goes for the o-line which has been no better than average over that time. RBs aren't game breakers. WRs can't get separation. And our QB is terrible under pressure. Offensive scheme is unimaginative. Defense is bend but don't break without the personnel to actually be able to play that way. Changes need to be made with the coaching staff and if Harbaugh doesn't address that, then I would say calling for a head coaching change is justified. But, again, good luck finding a successful replacement.

Firing Harbaugh or losing Flacco would be the dumbest thing the Ravens can do. The secondary is extremely slow. The pass rush is extremely old. The WR bunch is extremely average. Perriman has a steep learning curve and we have no legit playmakers at wideout. CB, OLB, WR. Fix any 2 of those 3 and we will have a better record next week. Also a must - get an OC that works well with Flacco like Kubiak once did. Flacco is not the problem, when he's put into a system that works for him. He's an above avg system QB. Making extreme moves like cutting HC or QB will only push us back into the Browns level.

with all the issues we have (secondary is still a mess, no pass rush, turnover at OL) we could've still made it to the playoff this season if the coaches had used the running game through out the season and harb dumb decisions that cost us game early on.just think about it. 2-3 game where harb's "aggressivness" lost us games, and our bread and butter the running game wasn't even tapped to its potential enough to keep the offense balanced, and keep our up & down D rested.

Keep Harbaugh and Flacco , we need a OC that flacco likes and I guess new blood in the defense because its either the defense goes for not trusting their DC or Pee's is gone because he allowed the defense to crumble in his hands multiple years in a row. With out a doubt we need JH as our HC for as long as he wants to be here.

Stop making excuses because we lost to the Steelers, there was an emotional let, that's a lot of bunk. Players you are professionals, motivate yourself, you make more money than the average person. Get rid of the cry babies and under achievers. They show the sidelines, no one is getting in guy's face for making a dumb play. The Ravens need more in your face players, not just leading by example. Flacco, take a nasty pill, get on the player's face if they miss an easy throw, stop hanging your head, and sitting calmly at the bench. Look at Brady, he leads by emotion.

Stop signing other teams cast offs. The receiver we recently signed, he was cut by two other teams, does that tell you something. Don't praise the guy, he's a looser. If the Patriots cut him, he's a waste of talent, like most of our players. Sign tough in your face player. Ozzie, get better talent evaluators. We passed on some players with questionable Character, look at the guy playing for the Cardinals. I'm not saying we should sign wife or girl friends beaters, some with questionable back rounds need, a second chance. It's been proven it works.

I agree, Harbaugh should not be fired. Bisciotti needs to get on Harbaughs case about making changes. He has to see the dismal plays that the fans see. I'm sure he was that he ran his other businesses that way, he didn't become a billionaire by being soft on his employees. The head coach has to be more vocal with his players, let them know when they screw up, not at practice but during the game. Nick Saban, lets the players know when they make bone head plays. Get tough Harbaugh.

Sign Ray Lewis in some capacity, not a rah rah speech. A defensive coach would be nice. Someone needs to kick butt for non performing players.
