I'm with you Ellicott, This will be the most relaxing game we've played all year! For all of us on our couches anyway! :-)
In a perfect scenario, I'd like to see our starters get a 4 score lead by late 2nd Qtr then put in Mallet, Reynolds, Perryman, Moore and all the rest of the guys who are trying to move up on the team for the rest of the way. You can't pull all your starters though because there are some positions we just don't have a 3rd option so there's always going to be some risk of losing an important player somewhere I guess.

Last year we were decimated from injuries . This year key injuries to Dumervil , Stanley , Mosley, Smith sr , Yanda , Gilmore , Dixon , Wagner , Lewis and third round draft choice Kafusi really hurt our chances to make the playoffs !

Yeah it's absurd if Flacco plays. The injury thing is one thing, but we also need to see what we have in Mallet. In Cincy is a great time to see what he has. Once again, Harbaugh with another great coaching move this year

I also think it's crazy that Harbaugh would play Flacco in a meaningless game- God forbid no one breaks his ankles. Even though Flacco isn't elite, he ties up so much salary cap space, and our back up qb isn't good at all. If we were in the playoffs or if we had a winning record over the past couple of years, I guarantuee that Flacco doesn't play- I think Harbs is just trying to get another W in the win column for pride and for his record at this point, which i think is a little selfish considering our team isn't deep. I'm going to pray that Flacco or any of the few key people that are considered decent on this team don't get injured.

There have been a lot of bogus reasons posted for Harbaugh to be fired, but if he plays Flacco and Flacco gets hurt, that should be a slam-dunk.

no harbs lost 3 games over stupid special teams plays if we won those 3 we would be division champs not squeelers so blame the real culprit john

IMO the Ravens will have a tough game ahead of them. They should pull the W. I really like the idea of no Flacco and play Mallet. I also really want to see Reynolds get significant snaps. He even blocks well.

Mallet is a UFA. But, if anything, hope he plays and throws for 500 yards and 4 TDs so some bonehead team will give him $10 million a year and we get a high comp pick.

seriously though. So Marty is as good as gone, Dees can't finish games and should be gone. And Harbs had just about the worst season for a coach for any sports team I've ever watched. If he agreed with all this, would Steve really have the Wavos to bring in an entire new coaching staff?? I hope so. This was maybe the toughest season to watch as a fan for me. Changes need to be made. We can't keep changing OCs every year. Maybe its time for a new coach and staff to come in for the next 10-15 years. I know some people agree, and some think I'm crazy, but this year sucked. We should've easily had the division. And even with some wacky things, we could've had a first round bye with solid coaching during all of those close games. Not sending Tucker out nearly enough, keeping Wright on the team, awful time management, Zero halftime adjustments, no discipline with penalties, the list goes on! We are the Baltimore Ravens. And Steve Biscotti is the man. Time to bring in proven winners and start a new regime.

I agree Harbaugh is not a very good coach although a lot of fans like him and that's their opinion its not mine He is horrible clock manager he has no feel for the flow of the game horrible game time adjustments playing for field goals not using young players enough not putting players in position to win/ Plays and play calling sucks and is very predictable that being said Bisotti won't fire harbaugh this year but marty is gone Thank God and Hopefully pees is gone this guy Should NOT be Back
