Diz, it is not merely about our QB looking good in "1" game man.  

I think the issue is that when Joe makes a mistake...it is at the most inopportune time...and that's what magnifies his issues.

As you can see on the tv screen, foks, this team is in bad need of a total revamp.  There seems to be something missing in every game this season with lack-luster performance at center throughout setting the tone.  Flacco has lost whatever edge he may have had years ago and is now in fear of being re-injured.  Unless they can pump up his confidence he is a non-plus from now on.

I think it's a good start, but there's a serious personnel issue as well.  Too many people refuse to believe that this team lacks talent in a lot of key areas.

Thats a rough assessment though for Harvaughs career.  I mean Harbaugh Post Ray Lewis & Ed Reed is tettering on Jeff Fisher .500 territory yearly, but overall 3 -AFC title games appearances and Super bowl title alone puts him well above fisher-esque.

A new OC will only give firepower to the Flacco lovers, excusing him for his idiocy. Unless Kubs decided to to comeback, I don't think there's an OC in this league that can somehow transform this offense.

Marc Trestman was the worst thing to ever happen to Joe. We need to find out who his QB coach was when Kubiak was here and make him the OC.

I turned the game off after the interception in the end zone.  Flacco just plain sucks.  Oh, he has flashes of mediocrity for sure.  But by and large when push comes to shove Flacco is not your man.  Depending on him in a pinch is like using foam rubber crutches.  You will fall down and go boom.
