Getting rid of Flacco is the most asinine comment I've seen on here.

This defense needs some more grit. Stop losing when your leading at the end of the game. I'm so heated right now. It's annoying as hell. I'm seriously pissed off about this one because you could see it coming, it just feels like other moments.

New OC and System please btw.

It's no secret that I'm more prone to the defensive side of the ball than our offense.  They made me proud with those 2 INT's earlier tonight.  Our offense failed to capitalize a few times by not scoring TD's.  That has been the bane of their season.  However, Joe led the team from behind and got the go ahead game-winner with Juice's TD run.

Now, if I recall it properly....back in the Ray Lewis era in 2000, the Ravens defense had a mentality that said to the offense; "It you give us a 3 pt lead....game over!"  Well...this "post-Ray Lewis/Ed Reed" Ravens defense is clearly softer than milk toast man!  Pathetic!  Piss poor pass rush and their inability to close out games is intolerable and unacceptable!  A few people in this organization, coaching staff and roster need to be looking for new employment in the morning.

Flacco to Jets for Jets 1st round pick ..Jets get Ravens 2017 2nd and 3rd round pick and 2018 1st round pick

no way too Jets oriented. we can get a 1st and 2nd rounder for flacco guaranteed.  we need D and a cheap QB. we were gashed these last two games. that number 1 D nonsense was a mirage.

He might be. We'll see. 😊

To me hiring Marc Trestmen is probably what has him on the hot seat the most.

He needs an Dallas type oline first and foremost.

Neither Suggs or Doom should be on this team next year. They are done.

Put a fork in them . Sadly .

Agreed!  No pass rush from those cats.  The writing is on the wall!

Poor plays lost us those game just as much as coaching hell if not more. In that redskins game mosely fumbles the ball out of bounds for a touchback. We keep the ball there we probably win that game. In the Giants game Weddle took out Tavon on the Beckham TD. That falls on the players not the coaches.

So blaming a middle linebacker for us only scoring 10 points on offense is the reason we lost that game? I can agree Weddle hurt us on that play, but we should have still had a 3 point lead. I agree the players play and the coaches coach, but did you see the bills this year? They had a bunch of scrubs playing on defense and they were still playing hard for Rex and were still a decent defense.

Look- the Ravens suck. And it's a combo of bad play calling, bad drafting, and no leadership. The Ravens success of 2000-2012 had everything to do with Ray Lewis. Kubiak is the Only reason we made the 2014 playoffs. Flacco is not the answer.

Everyone wants people fired with no viable replacement.  Ive said many times I'm not a Harbaugh fan, but who do we think would do better?

Suggs should've never been extended. I believed that at the time and it continues to be confirmed.

Defense put us in position to win the game.  Two picks inside the 30, if the offense scores tds there game over.  But sure, give it to Flacco. The legit worst offense i have seen in a ravens uniform. Where is Trent Dilfer, Jermaine lewis, Jamal or ray Rice and the 2000 Ravens D when you need them.

You do realize that if the offense had scored 14 points instead of 10 from those picks and the game went the exact same way, the score would be 31-31. We go to overtime and probably still lose because defense wasn't stopping them in the 4th quarter and the offense was inconsistent. 75, 90, 75 yard drives. Btw all those drives took less than 3 minutes each. Sure, the offense missed opportunities all game, but the defense blew it in the 4th quarter (mainly the last drive). 21 points and almost 300 yards given up by the defense in one quarter is a recipe for disaster.

If we had half of the Dallas line we would easily be in the playoffs this year

I think moving on from Harbs has to be done at this point, I think his "Play not to lose" mentality has poisoned the team and made us push overs, always on edge about trying not to lose instead of focused on winning. Which we saw from Tomlin and the Steelers today.

Really.To be replaced by who?

Couple of dropped passes and missed blocks kept the offense from scoring at least 11 more points.

The Waller drop. You get that and you can stop at the one if you're Juice and take more time off the clock and win, I believe, with a field goal.

Folks, please remember that this is a thread for discussing your feelings about the game that was just played, not for suggestions of future Ravens moves, there are other threads for that! Thanks.

Marty and Trestman were basically the same person. This team needs to move forward, not stay stagnant. Marty has done absolutely nothing for me to believe he should even be in consideration to stick around.

Marty was not the problem in this game. He called a great game. Players just didn't show up when needed. Maybe they didn't attack deep enough but they definitely should have put up 38-41 points if guys just make the plays in front of them to make.

The Steelers had no answer for what the Ravens wanted to do offensively imo. The Players just didn't make the plays.

He was the number 1 seed with the Titans back in 2008. But no, I understand why it probably wouldn't be the best idea. Plus I didn't know he hated Baltimore.

Yea he did, Joe's first playoff win!

Yea he has history from the old, classic AFC Central division, take the current AFCN and add at the time a great Jacksonville and Tennessee squad.

Ravens - Titans 1999-2003 was what the Ravens - Steelers of today is like, Ray Lewis vs Eddie George, Jamal Lewis vs Bullock and Kearse, McNair, Derrick Mason on the other side.

We blocked them from their SB run with ours, and a lot of bad blood was built between him and our organization.

missing the playoffs three of four years I am very very sad.  I feel a trend has been established. I'm sad my former heros are gone and have not been replaced. worse yet released too soon for replacements who couldn't replace. this is very saddening. I do not see my sadness being lifted by the current regime. the only thing that can bring happiness back to Baltimore is winning and to do that there must be change.  bring the billick back to the future. he built this team!

Oh yeah for sure.  Marty wasn't a problem today, but that doesn't excuse all of the other games where he was.

I think it almost always comes down to the players and too much gets pinned on the coaches.  I just don't see any reason for Marty to be in consideration to stay.
