If the moderators determine that it is within the rules (meaning it won't lead to a political/social issues, etc. debate) AND the subject appears to be of general interest, yes.  ALL off-topic threads are carefully reviewed.  These are first and foremost RAVENS forums.  If the subject appears to unite Ravens fans, it is allowed.
