Talib is liable to shoot one of his offensive teammates after tonight ( not that his defensive side has done anything positive )

The AFC Playoff field is now set... Patriots, Raiders, Steelers, Texans, Chiefs and Dolphins. Only the AFC West Title remains to be crowned next week. Oh and for the first time since Super Bowl 37, neither participant(Broncos or Panthers) are returning to the playoffs in the following season.

If KC wins tonight, they will be set up nicely to win the West next week. Matt McGloin against Denver? Chiefs vs Chargers... Chiefs going to get that second seed.

If the Chiefs can do this to the Patriots in the playoffs.... that would be great. I'm rooting for the Chiefs the rest of the way.

Have to agree with you there JO. The Chiefs would be my pick as well throughout the playoffs.

The Chiefs seem like fools gold to me. They have a very solid team all around, but it worries me how their offense has quick explosions and then go silent for the rest of the game. Their defense isn't going to completely shut down the Pats, Steelers, or even the Dolphins for most of the game the way they shut down the Broncos' offense.

OK,  time to root for Haloti, Josh Bynes, Asa Jackson and Anquan Boldin, Ravens North! Not to mention Caldwell and Teryl Austin.

Lions poised to take the NFCN for the first time since 1993.

Technically, the NFC North wasn't around until the divisional alignment in 2002. They are the only team to not win the NFC North as everyone else has. Have to say, the Lions are going to be my NFC team I'm rooting for. Time for the NFL to catch up to other sports in 2016 with some new teams winning championships. The Cavs won their first NBA Championship, the Cubs broke a 108 year old drought, and looking at the playoff field. Detroit has never appeared in a Super Bowl, and the Chiefs haven't won a Championship since 1969. The Falcons haven't won a Super Bowl either.

Though with the likes of the Patriots, Steelers, Packers, Cowboys, Seahawks and Giants it's going to be tough to see a new champion when these teams are so good this year.

Dallas oline is all world but it helps when the refs never flag them for clear holding .

dallas defense is their shortcoming and will be their undoing in the playoffs

The Cowboys "look" and "play" like a team in the playoffs that's making a Super Bowl run.  Ravens?  Don't look or play ANYTHING like that!  SMH!!

Wow Dallas could win the SB. Better than Pitt or NE winning it

They better send Cliff Avril a ring for injuring Romo in the preseason if they do. If Romo was starting, they be nowhere near this good and Romo would have cost them several games by being Romo.

Green Bay has all the momentum. Green Bay I see is the only threat to the Cowboys, much like the Chiefs are the only threats to the Patriots and Steelers in the AFC.

Giants if they face them can upset them.

After Thomas went down for Seattle I said Giants and GB were the biggest threats.  Still believe it.  Putting Rodgers inside in the playoffs is trouble.
