Anyone that has a brain and can use it... Perhaps the scarecrow from the wizard of oz is available...

Keep Harbs for one more year, but do whatever it takes to get Gus Bradley as our DC, and then try to get someone Norv Turner as our OC

Impact players like the ones in Pittsburgh, KC, Oakland and Denver. The front office hasn't found an elite player the last four years. Bad contracts kept us from keeping keleci & McPhee.

Agreed, how is it that Pittsburgh has found many small receivers like Brown, Eli Rogers, and that new guy Ayers(?) while we struggle with Chris Moore type of players. No disrespect to Moore, but he's not as good as those others yet

I believe we need a new D. Coordinator and O. Coordinator..  Since 2015 when we hired Marc Trestman i knew we were screwed... We have so much talent on offense that we should be a Top 10 offense ...defense we just need better playcalling... Up 20-10 and get outscored 21-7 to end the game? Offense did enough.. Defense wasn't clutch like usual ..hasn't been clutch since 2011, pagano's last year before coaching colts. Who took over Raven's D. Coordinator job and since then never got a head coaching job ? Dean Pees?  its simple, you can't change the culture until you change the coach
