Wow, what a super topic thread to start. Thanks for posting!

I wish you and all those in Ravensland Happy Holidays ... to health and prosperity in the New Year.

My theme this holiday is to chill with immediate family. No road trips, no parties. Just a little peace and quiet to ring out a very hectic 2016.

Thank You. Could you please help me with how I posted the topic twice somehow?

The minute this game was slated for Christmas day, the ralaxing part went out the window.... only a victory will make it really, really sweet and awesome.

Well, I can't say for sure how you ended up posting this topic twice, but I shut down the duplicate one that had not received any responses.

Yeah, I really wish this wasn't on Christmas day. The rest of my family already doesn't understand why I turn into a basket case on game day ... especially one as big as this ... but on Christmas? Ugh ... I'm really going to have to keep my emotions in check.

All I really want for Christmas is Divisional title for Ravens

You will have to wait for New years for that. :)  But a win over the Steelers will be a nice start!

What I want for Christmas is for the Ravens defense to look great again. There were glimpses in the first half of the season but they have been more inconsistent as of late. I also want to see the coordinators effectively change their gameplan mid-game to adjust to the opposing teams. This team has not successfully done that this year at all. I get their best player, Jimmy Smith, has been injured and will most likely not play Sunday but there are still 10 starters on that field that are normally there. This team has been relatively injury free this year and they still are on the outside looking in to the playoffs. While I doubt that anybody will really get fired after this season if missing the playoffs, I do think a bad start to next season would put all the coordinators and coaches' jobs in jeopardy.

On the eve of this Christmas of 2016, I want to say as a fan, how very proud I am to be a Ravens fan. Every year I see players that go way beyond  what they are paid for to bring to our communities....hope for a better day. So.....on the eve of the game that will most likely define the 2016 season, We, your true fans, know you will do your best. We can ask for nothing more. To the team: From all of us, to all of you and your families, Happy Holidays! GO RAVENS! CB 25

Merry Christmas to everyone, I'm lucky enough that even a loss won't ruin my xmas because the game only starts 9:30pm local time when the day is winding down anyway. So I wish everyone else the greatest luck for a happy Christmas (if not an entirely stress free one because deep down we'd never want a steelers game to be stress free - it would feel less worth it).

Just wanted to recognize the players, coaches and staff for their sacrifice of being away from their own families today so that they may entertain us.

Merry Christmas Team!

Well my Christmas just finished and not in the way I'd have liked but at least it was an entertaining game - it hurts more but at least we made some sort of a mark in this season
