Yep- only one way in now ( thanks Carpenter) and its through our 2 biggest foes at their house. No easy task. I will certainly be surprised if we pull it off  ( esp w/o jimmy) but I will never rule out my team. Go Ravens. May the best team win. In other news- the Browns are no longer winless! Maybe they can keep some of that momentum goin into week 17 lol! Which will still be meaningless if we don't take care of business tommorow.

Folks keep mentioning Bell. He never worried or impressed me at all. He is slow and has such a huge delay before he decides where he wants to go. Our defense is so fast towards the ball that he becomes a non issue as always against us. I wish folks, even our own Baltimore fans would give the team some credit. We do a lot of things so well but the few things we do wrong are always the talk and it gets old.

Bell had a single game with over 100 yards against us, yeah he always hurts us. Here are the stats i am going by.

One potential good from that MIA game.

That should give our team the kick in the pants we need to overcome these steelers.

It also hurts the steelers payoff hopes if we win

Exactly. He way to patient at finding a hole and the Ravens should do well containing him.

Plus if we win the division, we most likely play the Dolphins in the first round.

It just got real. There is no longer room for error. The mistakes in the beginning of the year, losing to beatable teams, have come back to haunt us.

We are now playing for our season, or a better draft position.

I wonder if we lose against the steelers if Harbaugh at the press conference will say

"you know if it weren't for me and my bone headed coaching mistakes we would have already

been in the playoffs and this game would have been meaningless"....

and hopefully then Biscotti will say

" you are 100% correct johnny boy... So because of that you're fired".... And take

that losing staff of coaches with you."

and hopefully Biscotti will say that to Harbaugh even if we win out and make the playoffs....

RAVENS DEFENSE Last 4 ROAD GAMES:

Allowing an average of 27 points and giving up an average of 423 yards per game last 4 on the road.

Now we gave our 2 biggest division rivals in their place, to get to the playoffs.

Good Luck

Absolutely no reason to be frustrated or upset with Buffalo. If we had taken care of business against the Jets (thanks, offense) then we wouldn't be in desperation mode for our next two games. Gonna be really frustrating if we win tomorrow, but lose the season finale.

Don't be mad at Carpenter. He isn't the reason our offense fell flat and did nothing against teams like the Jets and Redskins. I had a bad feeling the Ravens' inability to put away those two games would come back to bite them later in the season.

Well guys, if we miss the playoffs, just remember, we lost to the Jets. The freaking New York Jets. Who got blasted by New England 41-3.

I remember thinking that that particular game would be haunting. Losing to three consecutive playoff contenders wasn't pretty, but capping it with  loss to the Jets was not a good look.

On the bright side: yesterday the Ravens road victories this year were against teams with a combined 2-26 record, but today two doubled their collective victories.

I don't care what people say about looking back on games. Losing to the Jets was inexcusable. I get that these guys are professionals but its hard to think that game isn't coming back to haunt us because it certainly is.

Our playoffs start now. Win or go home! Here's some concerns that the team should be focused on:

Our run defense has been terrible the last 2 weeks..

Bell is a dual threat RB and i think D Williams is back for this game...

Brown is not only their best WR, he scares me on special teams as a return man.

We control our own destiny! Lets see if our team is Championship material...

This game is HUGE with Derek Carrs injury. You're the 3rd seed with the opportunity to play the Dolphins who are short of a QB and Oakland who just lost their QB. Would be a great opportunity to head to the AFC title game.

I'm in England, I've now been up for 8 hours and I'm really drunk - my only hope now is for a nap or some caffeine otherwise I'm not gonna make it to the game
