Week 15: The Good, The Bad and the Ugly Comment/Vent/Rant Eagles Version!

My thoughts the ugly is the field, YIKES at least the Eagles were wearing cleats that were appropriate, Bad penalties and that's all for now lol

This team plain sucks. I don't have much hope of ravens making the playoffs if they keep playing like this.

#1 defense lol. This defense was finally exposed for everyone to see. Was #1 because we played bad teams this year..,

Joe keeps throwing boneheaded picks and people still defend him to death.

Joe is sooooooo lucky we somehow won that. Because he is the main reason that this was a close game instead of a blowout.

Also, the defense shows once again that they're a paper tiger. Extremely unclutch.

Defense was terrible mainly the run defense (We're supposed to be #1 run defense and everyone knows that Philly loves to run the ball). I'm not a Flacco hater but there was no excuse to throw that pick. That almost blew the game because we could have gone up by 13 points or 17. We really shouldn't be passing in that situation so we can waste more time. I don't trust this team - coaching staff and players.

Absolutely pathetic showing by the run D, usually the strength they did not show up at all today. Now #61 on their line - I the center - was holding all day long and wasn't called. I'm not one to blame the refs, and they don't bear the brunt of the blame for the ugly W, but those two BS calls where Ertz clearly initiated contact and the lack of holding calls on their oline were significant. Offense continues to sputter along pathetically, and the biggest crapshow is the playcalling, we need to burn clock and we're up by 7, why the heck are we passing it in the red zone? there is no excuse for the play call, and no excuse for Joe's interception at the end.

Ugly game all around, on to next week, hopefully it's not as bad because we won't last against the Steelers if it is. Lewis can't come back soon enough, I'm so freaking tired of Ducasse penalties. Jimmy can't come back soon enough.

Flaccos interception was bad but the defense was bad that entire second half

Get a fg there and two score game.  Can't do that.  The fumble also gave them the ball with about 4 or 5 yards needed for a td.  Both really dumb TOs.

Eagles lost this game. The ravens sure didn't win it. 

Flacco is not good any longer. He is a average to below average QB that is capable of flashes of greatness. 

The defense is overrated. 

Every team the ravens play with a few exceptions look like they have good coaching. I question every coach on the ravens staff. The decision making at times is jaw dropping.

Find a way to shore up middle of line and get flacco time

I normally back Flacco but that pick was just a bonehead throw... is it just me or did it seem Joe was trying to force throws to SSR all game maybe they had a talk about getting him the ball cause that pick was a tight throw to SSR didn't see much there

UGLY. This offense put the defense in terrible positions. Yes, when the D was asked to perform they underwhelmed. But seriously, this game was on ICE until Cornywhig and Falco BLEW the late possession with a dumb play call and dumber execution.

I just can't say something without mentioning that pick. No excuse for that horrible pick. It was a bad call and throw. There's 6 mins left, I understand making that decision at the start of the 4th but by the time you get the FG you're in a good spot probably leaving them with 5 mins to spare. I just don't understand that call.

The good: Pass defense? More of a product of a terrible QB, Young's defense on Matthews on the corner route was good. Dixon looked strong again.

Tbe bad: More avoidable holding penalties , bad O line, another easy drop from 18

The ugly: Flacco's greedy INT.

The real ugly: Carson Wentz and our #1 rush defense?

Defense hasn't played well past the first quarter all season. They are not good.

Good: run game. Dixon's a playmaker. Tucker. Young's pass break up against Green-Beckham.

Bad: some of our fronts couldn't stop the run. Guy lined up as a 0-tech and we got destroyed. 

Ugly: the missed holding calls from their C and Ertz. Flacco and his weekly interception. 

3 explosive plays (West, Wallace and Camp) on 3 drives and none of them resulted in points.
