It may be a stupid question but what's the difference between a normal holding penalty and what the centre did to Orr on the previous drive on 3rd down? Orr tried running after the runner but their centre held him back?

If a blocker shoves a defender in the back, that's a penalty. A holding is, well, a holding.

He didn't hold him.  He just got in his way.

Yeah may want to look at relocating the Army-Navy game to a new stadium. It seems that game killed our field.
