"Though he’s been practicing with the team for weeks, he will almost certainly be rusty in game action " I'm sure he can just fair catch the ball.

Jimmy Smith is playing well when he is in there... if his most recent injury is serious we are in big trouble against the Squealers. We really need some more depth at CB... poor Jimmy can not stay healthy for any length of time.

In addition to Yanda's helmet being removed, I believe I saw Dixon get facemasked/poked in the eye which was not called either (came off the field after the play). I sure do like the way that kid runs.

That view of our WRs in the Tony Massarotti tweet shows exactly what ive been talking about since game one. The WRs are all at the same level on the same yard line. That's the easiest thing in the world to defend. We need some deep, some shallow, some crossing. At least make it a challenge.

I remember seeing the exact same thing thinking wow, so they are just going to act like that guy didn't almost get his eye poked out -___- bias refs!

They explain during the show how pathetic Mornerwig's offense is and how he is the one causing the terrible clock management issues. Straight from the Andy Reid school of terrible clock management. I don't think it is Joe I think it is Marty.

It is a decent assessment of the Ravens issues from outside the club's and fans perspective, if you can stop throwing up from the nauseating self congratulatory Patriots fawning.

Ravens may be scouring other teams practice squads for someone who could return punts and kicks and is also a cb. We had Asa Jackson who could have fit that bill but someone snagged him off our practice squad before we acted. Had we done this 2 weeks ago when it should have been done, our options would be much greater than they are now.

Also I should say that That show is tremendously better than the Baltimore shows on a certain station, who leading up to the Miami game when I tuned in to get some local color the broadcasters were just pathetic cutting down Harbs without saying his name and saying how great Adam Gase was wand his players all said they loved him and playing for him and you didn't hear that about "some coaches" yuk yuk yuk, "I think I know who you are talking about" yuk yuk yuk. Despicable. They should be FIRED for that during pregame for the home team. I'll never listen to that station again. Only WNST now. Horrible of that station. I just want to say to those guys, Who won the BAL-MIA game? Huh? You two broadcasters should be fired before the next day sun rises.

Ravens already cut Asa Jackson twice in the past, and 3 other teams tried him out and cut him too. So it's not like they wrongly ignored some hidden diamond on the practice squad - they correctly ignored a borderline player who is lucky to still be in this league at all. I'd rather have Webb fair catch every punt than put Asa back there.

Why is Elam still here?

I know, I keep hoping he will finally live up to what everyone saw at UF. But it doesn't look like that will ever happen.

We have, supposedly, the fastest player in the NFL on our team--Breshad Perriman. Why don't they use him as a returner? Not confident in his hands?

If we make Perriman the returner, when we could leave Campanaro inactive and get a corner.

Just thinking out loud....

Perriman's knee problems will keep him from ever being a returner.

Willie Henry is our biggest rookie disappointment. Dude was supposed to be a rotational player on our d-line, instead he was outshined by a UDFA and stashed away on injured reserve.

Kamalei Correa was drafted in the 2nd round, Henry in the 4th.

Instead of starting or at least contributing, Correa has not done much, thus the biggest disappointment by far.

Correct. Zero snaps on D Monday. Only seen ST's action.

Anyone know the best 2 CBs that are gonna be in the draft this year?

Michigan Jabril Peppers can be a CB, safety, LB and KR/PR specialist. But it will be very hard to get him because we will be picking in the 20's. Peppers looks like a top 10 pick. I still have hope that Keenan will be a good KR/PR specialist and a very good jet sweep WR who can throw the ball.

I thought Asa was going to something, but i was wrong. Apparently, the same with Omar Brown. He seemed to be a ball hawk, but never made it anywhere.

Thought the same thing. Four guys all at the first down marker. We have speedsters, one of them should be heading for the endzone corner.

I'd rather have Papa JB back there instead of Hester.

With Smith out the offense will have to to get their act together

Henry is far from being a bust, if you look at our D-Line rotation, there just wasn't a spot, and the D-Line has been healthy for most of the season...B-Will, Pierce, Guy,Jerrigan,Urban....Had to put Carl Davis on IR with Henry, and KLM....If B-Will goes for the money next year, he will compete for a spot with Carl Davis....And who knows if we get another UDFA Gem like Pierce....

For a player like Henry drafted in the 4th round I'm ok with a little development. My concern right now is that KC is going to be our next Arthur Brown. A 2nd round pick who will never make it.

Yes, everyone even supposedly unbiased national reporters still blame Joe for poor offensive coordinator game plans. I swear the game plan was MM making a statement that he was in charge and not Joe. All the coordinator changes has got to be killing Joe, no consistency and stability. Harbs is still paying for not Firing Trestman at the end of last year. Harbs MUST be Savage this year and gut the entire offensive coaching system and get in someone who can fix both Joe and the line (Bobby might be the only safe guy, but still when you have everyone stopping short of the sticks, you would think that he should be coaching the guys up to get beyone that and not on the same parallel line); and then they need to stay for multiple years.

So when its poor mechanics and erratic accuracy (which it mostly was on Monday night), you can't blame coaches. There's just no logic behind it.

And for the millionth time, the reason why receivers can't just "run to the sticks" and catch a pass is because there's a thing called an opposing defense.

Said opposing defense just so happens to also know precisely where the 1st down marker is. And you know what smart defenses do? Flood that line. Go back and watch film of the Patriots schemes on 3rd down. Guess what you'll see an absolute ton of? A bunch of Patriots guys surrounding the line of gain.

And the fan strategy is to throw directly into those guys. Speaking of bad game plans... that one takes the cake.

You also could look at the other offense. They have a QB who is going to the HOF, based frequently on throwing to receivers who are well short of the first down marker on 3rd down and still manage to get a 1st down.

Anyone know the best 2 CBs that are gonna be in the draft this year?

This draft is loaded with really good CB.

Teez Tabor (Top 10 overall pick)
Marlon Humphrey (Top 15 pick)
Adoree Jackson (Top 20 pick if he comes out)
Desmond King (end of 1st Round)

Great Value in the 2nd Round:
Jourdan Lewis (end 1st or begin 2nd)
Sidney Jones
Cordrea Tankersley
Marshon Lattimore
Tre'Davious White
Quincy Wilson
Cameron Sutton

Getting Humphrey, King or Jourdan would be ideal as those 3 are considered the best CB in the country coming out of college.

I don't know where you are getting your info but Henry was always going to be a project. Like TE Maxx, both guys were some of the youngest players in their draft class. Both need to bulk up and get stronger. Both were always going to be "red-shirted (IR stash)" their first couple of years just like Waller was. Same goes for Carl Davis & Canady.

That picture of the coverage on Niko's sack is absolutely embarrassing!!! All 4 receivers run straight to their defender and doesn't even appear they were trying to get open (can tell by the result of the play). Then you have 3 guys against 1 defender; 1 OLmen against 3 defenders and 2 OLmen taking 1 guy to the ground - NO WONDER JOE GOT SACKED!!! But i guess people will only blame Joe for the sack and not even blink an eye at crappy play by the receivers and the OL... This picture is the epitome of what the receivers and OL have been doing all season!!!
