Ravens are who we thought they were. An average to below team on offense depending on the week and the defense is good to ok depending on the opponent.

Awesome quote from Pollard, wonder what we could have done if we kept Reed, Pollard and Boldin around a little longer

I just would like to see Flacco and the offense show a sense of urgency. We wasted about 7 minutes in the 4th quarter and had to burn a timeout because of no urgency.

I don't know what Matt Elam showed in practice that made coach Pees confident to have on the field?? He flat out suck!....he knew there's no safety help on top so he better covered his guy but he didn't .....

We just can't win the last 3 game and a must win game against Pitts on the last game of the season......

He's the most talented receiver on the roster right now and it's not particularly close, in my opinion.

Mike Wallace in 2016 > 85% of the other WRs in the league

Why does flacco continue to throw the ball  2 or three yds when we need 4 or 5 ???? we continue every week to come up 1 or 2 yds short of so many 3rd down attemtps, PEntalties wow 2nd most in nfl holding all the time flacco 9th year and he is moving forward on snap,  Hester is SCARED to catch the ball get rid of him, Why every game when we are behind with less then 4 minutes do we continue to take our good ol time and use over 30 seconds to snap the ball this has been going on for years now, we never hurry to snap the ball, and the short completions all the time 1 time flacco throws deep and it is an interception

He's scared and the OC has know backbone. Even if there are only three rushers Joe would rather throw it to the 2 yard slant route than actually hold on to the ball for two seconds.

I don't care what anyone in here says or what their defense of them may possibly be.  The Ravens offense is just pure trash in my book....period!!!!

Regardless of how they played last week and those 14 quick points that was "gifted wrapped" to them by fumbles within the Patriots 20 yard line tonight.  They are consistently inept and anemic.  That's who they are!   And for the record, that was not a #1 defense either.  Don't even know what the hell that garbage was on the field.  Another hot stinky egg laid on PRIMETIME!!  No wonder why the media overlooks us and pubs up our opponents.

SMH!!

I agree with Pollard's concept but he's just bitter. There's a reason he never lasted longer than 2 years on any of his teams.

Getting rid of Boldin will remain the 2nd dumbest decision by the FO this decade, topped only by wasting a 1st round pick on Elam.

Reed and Pollard were washed up. But Boldin was and is still a baller.

they completely forgot what made the team good during the ed reed and ray lewis era RUNNING THE DAMN BALL.....dixon is clearly the better back out of west its time for him to be the feature back

Yea honestly its harbs too yall..  He hired trestman who i did not want to touch with a ten foot pole...  Worst thing to happen to our running game since jim Caldwell .. Hired and fired cam cameron,  kept pees since 2012... What good D coordinator  have we had that long ever? The signs are there...

I love how Pollard is talking crap yet he's not even employed/half the safety Weddle currently is

lol exactly and what was exactly special about that defense? Hell, that defense almost lost us that damn Super Bowl. They won in spite of them not because of them.

He doesn't. Ray retired, Reed wanted too much money, went to the Texans and Jets and showed that injuries had taken too much a toll so he retired the next season. The Boldin trade was bad and blew up royally in 2013. The jury is still out if the Ngata trade was bad because people like Pierce and Jernigan (kind of). Don't forget that Pollard was a liability in coverage. He was a true old school SS and that doesn't fly in this new league hence why he's a free agent.

The lack of urgency by the offense has to fall on Flacco, unless you expect me to believe that Marty is telling them to be slow as molasses getting to the line. A 9th year vet should know better.

I can forgive the pick of Elam - but why is he still here????? And why do we keep playing him? He's so bad I'd have to believe some PS guy would be better.

As for Boldin, that entire scenario was the fault of his agent who was not communicating with him but led the FO to believe he was.

Sorry but how can the offense do anything when the pats have 8 guys in coverage and doubling Pitta and Steve Smith you have to take short passes.

Actually it's pretty idiotic

shouldve kept boldin but couldn't for the price tag and it was a good call to not keep reed or pollard

I am going to be honest here and say that as long as we have joe, our passing game will never be potent. I have waited year after year but it is always some kind of an excuse. Enough is enough. It's been more than 5 years and flacco is over 30. We need a strong o-line and a run game. Flacco is not a game manager but he isn't an amazing passer either. It is what it is. I like him as our qb but just because he is doesn't mean we can't point out his flaws. Also, i have never seen our hurry up offense actually hurrying to snap ball. NO urgency whatsoever, not just this season, but many past ones also. Look at how stafford hurry ups and now look at how flacco does. Just 1 example but it drives home my point. Also, how come flacco never does hard count?

We could've kept Boldin. We used the Boldin money for scrubs like Huff and Spears. The FO just got cocky.

I wish that was true.

What makes you think he's not? He's almost at 1,000 yards and has caught almost every single pass thrown his way... he's been way more than a 1 trick pony for us in his routes. I couldn't even imagine this team without wallace this year...
