19 posts in this topic

As always, great article Kevin! You could tell from the "mic'd up" segment, that our guys were having fun with Miami and the guys are feeling good about themselves ans that's half the battle to winning games like we'll play Monday night.
Keep the Mojo going and I'll do my part here at home!
GO RAVENS!!!

bring the hurt and pain to the pats monday night. cannot wait!! go ravens bills titans!!

Let's throw the Cardinals in the mix too while we're at it.  Dolphins may need to lose a couple for the wildcard!

With the NFL's prime time rating suffering this year, especially on Thursday nights, they certainly picked a winner for Monday night. No one could have guessed the importance of this game when they were doing the scheduling.

Here's hoping that Monday's ratings set a new record, and that the whole world gets to see us put a stomp on the Patsies!

If we can keep the penalties down to a minimum we can whoop these guys. Oh and another thought. If it wasn't for Art Model, there would be no Monday night football. That fact isn't stated enough.

It gets stated every time they pass over him for the HoF.

What an addition Weddle turned out to be especially in his 1st year!! I thought he would probably get adjusted after a year, but I am glad I was wrong! I have always liked him and now I love him. Thanks SSS for talking him into joining us! We needed a Safety like him so bad. Let's get this W in MA and hope the Bills handle Pitt so we can have a lil bit of wiggle room! Cheers!

Everybody talks about Brady and the offense, but has anybody noticed that the Patriots D has given up the exact same number of points as the Ravens? Gonna be a good game......weather could play a role.

Pretty safe to say that outside of the AFC North division, NE is probably our biggest rivalry. It used to be the Colts during the Manning years, not so much since Luck took the helm.

This is perhaps the most important game of the season. After Pittsburgh took care of Buffalo, the Ravens find themselves a game back. Losing to the Patriots would mean that they would have to run the table, beating the Steelers in Pittsburgh, in order to make the playoffs. Losing to the hapless Jets, and almost equally bad Redskins has cost the Ravens any cushion. Now, it is put up or shut up time. No lame excuses.

a 1/2 game back.  A game back in the standings is equal to 1 win by you and 1 loss by your opponent.  But, I agree with your premise.  I think the Ravens need to go 10-6 to make the playoffs (and must beat Steelers to win division)  I know there is a chance the Ravens could sneak in at 9-7, but I am definitely not counting on that!
