Simply put, every team in the NFL can sit there and play that game. It's pointless and this kind of stuff happens to every single team.

It isn't like the Ravens are getting blown out every single game. The fact that so many games are very close and come down to the last play of the game or if a penalty or turn over wouldn't have happened the team could've won should tell you a few things.

1) Your defense is good enough to keep you in games.

2) Your offense perhaps isn't quite good enough.

3) You need to get some smarter players. You are on the cusp of having a great team, but you just aren't there yet. Good teams find ways to win games, not lose games.
