I would continue to talk football but the simple fact that you guys are arguing Joe Flacco over Tom Brady gives me validation that your fanerism overrides your competence of football.  Not a personal shot, but more of an opinion and observation.

Tom Brady 22 Post season wins most ever by a QB, 3 Superbowl MVPs most ever by a QB tied with Joe Montana, 2 League MVPs the only other QB along with Joe to have multiple League and Superbowl MVPs, 4 Time NFL TD passing leader, 2 Time NFL passing yardage leader, Career passer rating of 97 all time 4th all time, 4th all time passing yardage only behind Peyton, Favre and Brees, 201 wins passed Peyton for most wins ever by a QB, on the verge of his 8th straight division title which would be the first QB to do so, holds the record for largest margin of victory ever since the AFL merger beating Titans 59-0, Only QB to go 16-0 during the regular season, best season ever recorded by a QB in 2007, Superbowl passer rating record, Most Superbowl Appearances by a QB tied with Elway with 6, 6 AFC Conference Championships, 11 Pro bowls, 4th highest passer rating ever recorded in a season, highest passer rating ever recorded in a single game 158, tied with Peyton Manning for the most ever AFC players of the week, broke all of Peytons passing records in 2007, fastest player ever to get to 100 wins breaking Joe Montana's record, top 5 all time in touchdown passes, top 5 all time in comebacks and game winning drives, 2016 passer rating of 113, 19 TDs to just 1 pick, 68 completion percentage, 8.2 yards per completion, only sacked 10 times, League MVP Candidate 3 years in a row, averages only 4 losses a year, post season 14 seasons,.... I can keep going but my fingers are tired...

We know his resume dude. Nobody is denying his greatness.( although he IS a whiny little girl)  Nobody is saying flacco is better. ( although head to head flacco has outplayed him more often than not- with less weapons) nobody is saying were gonna run away with this game or that it won't be a great matchup. ( although you guys should be worried) fact is y'all would probably rather face any other team other than Baltimore  in December and January. Can't admit that then you son are just in denial. Stats, records and past achievements won't mean a thing come Monday night when your guys go up against ours- It will come down to who wants it more. You better hope ole billy can reach deep into his bag of tricks BC y'all have a hard time beating us mono A mono. We could care less if y'all are 10-2 ...12-0 ...whatever. We will come into foxborough and punch you guys in the mouth with no fear whatsoever. Its a Baltimore thing baby.

There isn't anyone saying that he isn't a great qb, we do understand this.

By the way I'd like to point out it isn't the Tom Brady Patriots and there isn't an i in team.

Not going to address this full post. Brady's great and has had a great career. But saying what he did a decade ago doesn't have any impact on H2H or what's going to happen Monday.

Oh oh and you referenced Brady's 2007 season as the "best ever" for a QB... did you forget that Manning then surpassed pretty much all of those single season records in Denver?? Neither won a SB in those years... which should tell you all you need to know about the importance of regular season statistical output.

To simultaneously write us off for our game and say "oh but don't worry about Steelers you got them" makes no sense to me.

Belichick is not about statlines, he is about wins... who won the last 2 contests between the two teams?? ?

Then why are you posting walls of text compiling stats from the past 12 years?

Umm yeah I'm glad he lost a bet that badly and all but everyone knows his credibility is shot now (it wasn't before?). Ignore tool is fine with me.  I'd let the post get covered by others and forgotten. Not a Ravens fan, just happy to bathe in our frustrations when we're bad.

A win here would be HUGE, and a loss hurts, but it won't make or break out season. We control our destiny regardless of the outcome tomorrow night. I want to see a win obviously, but if the Ravens do lose, I want it to be close, just to show that we can truly contend with the best.

Not to mention 2 of Brady's "leading stats" in single season play were when he was throwing to Randy Moss. Well jeez Moss made George and Culpepper look like greats. Are you serious? Not taking anything away from Brady, yeah he's a great QB and a HOFer but don't just label him the GOAT just yet. Just saying. His stats when he has average receivers become just that...average.

A little more pressure to win with the Steelers having won. It really benefits us though that Denver lost today, since the last wild card spot is still a possibility if we can't win the division. Still, it'd be a lot better to just win out!

This game is, in a sense, a freebie. The result changes very little about the complexion of the season - we have nothing to lose mathematically from this game really so I hope it gives the players the liberation to go on and win in foxboro

I guess I'm one of the few who actually expect the Ravens to win. This year's team is more talented (I'd probably say much more, at least on paper) on both sides of the ball than the team that took it to the Pats in the 2014 divisional game. The only area where this team is worse is in sacks, but who cares? Not like you're really going to get to Brady anyway, other than maybe Suggs. But we all know the major flaw in that 2014 team was the secondary, and this time we have Jimmy, Tavon Young, and Weddle. On the flip side, no Gronk is obviously huge. I really think the only way the Ravens can lose is if we lose the turnover battle badly or Jimmy gets hurt.

Having said all of that, this game is pretty much a lose-lose proposition for the Ravens in the court of public opinion though. If they beat the Pats, you know the media will put an asterisk on the victory since Brady was missing Gronk and Amendola. And if the Ravens lose in a close game, then similarly the headlines will emphasize that the Pats won despite being "undermanned" or "injured or whatever.

After Denver's loss and Ryan Tannehil going down for the year, I'll label this one as a must-win. I originally thought that our only path to the playoffs was through a division crown but that's not the case. Both of them seem to be struggling and Denver losing to Tennesse puts them in a dangerous spot, not to mention they have @K.C, vs Oakland, and vs NE remaining on their schedule. That's brutal. We would own the tie-breaker over Denver and Miami, so if we match them in wins we're in.

Personally, I think they're very vulnerable and to secure a playoff spot I think we would need a 10 win season. You either have two options. Drop the game against NE and beat Pitt, or drop the game against Pitt and beat NE. Now here's the catch, there is a shot that the Houston Texans could end up with the 3rd seed if they manage to beat Jacksonville, Cincinnati, and Tennessee, all which is very possible. If we grab the 3rd seed then we're going to have a match up with the Houston Texans, that's honestly the best we could ask for as a team forced to travel on the road. After that it's quite possibly Kansas City who I think we can certainly beat. You could be looking at being the 3rd seed and playing the Raiders or Steelers and then travel to NE, or going in as the 6th seed and playing the Texans and then KC. Now this is under the assumption KC gets the #1 spot. That would be a much more favorable scenario which would then turn into an AFC title game against the Patriots at Gillette.

So, yeah, I think we have to win this game if we're aiming for a playoff spot. I think this team needs to realize that a path through the playoffs doesn't only have to come through winning the division, so in that case then I think we have to win this one.

I'm still sticking with my original prediction. Ravens at Foxboro- not good against a good team and QB. Even- steven in the first half and then Pats bring it on in the second half. 20-10 -New England wins this match up. (much like at Dallas.)

I hate being a pessimist, but I have us with an L here. Brady and Bellicheck aren't the reasons why though. We seldom play amazing on prime time. Our offense looked good the last game but my worries are commitments to the run game. The defense should be great, but it's nothing Brady can't handle. We match up well with them, but they're just the better team.

We will meet them again in the postseason if we make it

I had it as a L about 2/3 weeks ago, but if this team ( tbh offense) can just play

consistent, non penalty football , then we can win, There is no love loss with the Pats, and we have there number,

think about, every win the pats have on us

from Rex calling Time out, drop pass , trick plays ,missed FG, no CB's

we had them beat, I really think THIS (thought dallas) is our statement game.

no gronk no amendola, their star LB shipped to clev,

I know brady and the COACH is there,

we really have a  great chance to win

just play good football be consistent and cut down on penalties

I respectfully disagree.  Win this and we have an excellent shot at the wildcard if we lose to pitt (we could then beat Eagles and Cincy to move to 10-6)  All we would need to happen then is for Miami to lose 1 more (@Jets, @Bills, vs. Patriots) and Denver to lose 1 (Patriots, @ Chiefs, Raiders) to get the final wildard (small shot even if we lose 1 other and go to 9-7 if Miamii and Denver both lose 2.  Obviously, I would prefer we beat the Steelers and win the division, but a win tonight gives us another path or 2 to the playoffs.

I agree, in fact I believe we hold the tie breaker over Denver and Tennesse at the moment, win this one and the next 2 of 3 and you're in. Drop this one and you're forced to win in Pitt.

I honestly have this as a must win.

Win this and all you have to do is beat Pitt, simple.
