Week 13 Dolphins edition: The Good, Bad, Ugly, Vent/Discussion

Good: RAVENS OFFENSE!  It's about time they stepped up in this manner!  Awesome!  The O-line kept Joe upright!  The WR's, RB's and Pitta made plays and we scored TD's!!!

Bad:  Joe throwing a pick right after Webb's pick.  Ughhhh!  C'mon son!  Smh!

Ugly: Anyone thinking that the Dolphins were going to come into "OUR HOUSE" and beat us!

GO RAVENS!!

Actually they do matter, we need them to keep Pitt out of the wild card

Pitt already lost to them 30-15 and even if they didn't, the Ravens aren't gonna go back and watch today's tape and send the Dolphins a copy of how they could have game planed us better. They don't matter unless we see them again in the playoffs. They can blame who they want for the lose, it doesn't concern the Ravens. Even if they have a Flacco like comment to say they should have beaten the Ravens, they still don't matter. What the Ravens did or didn't do well in this game and how things can improve next week is all that matters.

When they play this way the Ravens can beat anyone. It'll be much closer in New England but I'm definitely looking forward to what the Ravens will show and prove!

This is what I need from Joe, he's shaken off the rust and the yips so now he's airing it out.

I don't think Joe ever really aired it out today, the long ones were mostly crossing routes that got a lot of yac from Pitta and Perriman

more good: our best offensive game tape can be chucked out by opposing defensive coordinators because of how obviously tailored it was vs the dolphins - it reminded of brady vs KC chiefs last year in the playoffs - just passed it to replace the run and worked the middle with short completions

No, that's not what I'm talking about, they need to win to keep Pitt out of a wild card, it doesn't matter whether they pay Pitt or not, that's not the point. Right now it's Miami and Pitt jockying for the last wild card spot, if they start winning then they keep Pitt out.

And Webb's INT...Oh my goodness!  Incredible!!!

Really hope he agrees to the pay cut this offseason because I don't want to lose him, since he's settled down back there and gotten some chemistry with Weddle he's played great.

Good:  Both offense and the defense played an exceptional game.  The defense got key turnovers when the Fins were close

to scoring.  This reminds me of the days of Reed and Lewis, getting key TO's at key moments of the game.

Bad: Penalties still. Fortunately today they were not drive killers.  Jernigans PF penalty was just stupid.  Also the penalties on

the punt and kick returns need to stop.  They consistently put the offense in a deep hole inside their own 10 yard line.

Ugly: I got nothing!

Good: The offense staying on the field scoring TDs in place of field goals; giving the defense rest time; the big decrease in penalties; the lopsided score.

Bad: Missed opportunity for a shutout, still a few unnecessary penalties.

Ugly: The after score dances, lol.

But again they don't matter. Nobody cares what the Dolphins have to do to keep winning. The Ravens have to focus on them winning more than anything. As for fans if we're gonna focus on what the Dolphins need to improve upon to keep Pitt out of the playoffs than you also have to focus on teams like the Broncos, SD, Tenn, Houston, the Bills and every other team in that 6-6 6-5 range. I'll pass, i'd rather just focus on the Ravens handling their business.

Harbaugh should be getting his team to study Bradys plays on film and make adjustments during practice

No. playing them next the team isn't going to watch film on them or game plan in practice for them.

The really good? Flacco was sacked ZERO times. Once again, you give Flacco time and you'll witness similar performances like today's.

Now fans i got question,,Look at the other side of the coin..Who would Dolphins fans blame for this game? I say Tannehill

Their defense. It was much worse than Tannehill was.

That defense totally quit in the 4th quarter also. Absolutely no pride whatsoever.

By the way, our offense had the breakout game @OUravensfan has been calling for awhile now. Shout out to him.

I appreciate that. It was great to see too, if Flacco can play like that the rest of the year we can win the Super Bowl

Agreed. That last TD drive was embarrassing to watch for Dolphins fans.

You got a point there...But two things..Pats are not like the Dolphins and second they be playing up at Foxboro tougher challenge.

The pats came here in 2013 and steamrolled us and we have won 3 of our last 4 in foxborough.

People don't like the dink and dunk style but I do think it helps Flacco get into his zone, even more when the protection is here. Sure, the LB were trash but he really didn't force any throw and that's the big thing.

Also, I really want to see Dixon get more handoffs.

Good: The O-Line.  Nice return to post-Bye form and giving Joe time to make throws.  Pass-catchers were hot today too.

Bad: Watching the refs pretend Pitta's knee wasn't down prior to the ball coming out.

Ugly: Watching young guys struggle due to lack of reps.  Not complaining just tough to watch at times.
