What's the logic behind this?  Top 5 in yards, rush yards, and points allowed.  How is he a candidate to be fired??

We'll bypass the fact that heir turnaround was largely due to the fact that they brought in Khalil Mack, Derek Carr and Co. via the draft. Obviously the spending spree reaped its benefits. That being said, the part that is somehow lost in the analogy above is the only detail that is required to have in order to spend. Money. The Raiders came into the most recent offseason with $74 million in cap space, the largest number in the entire NFL. We came in with $3.5 million. And you're saying that we should've been emulating the budget plan of a team that had literally over 2,100% of available funds that we did, a number that we likely won't flirt with in years if not decades? Are you quite certain that the Raiders are an accurate comparison for this scenario? I'm not entirely sure.
