I benched him today after much umming and ahhing. I told a door-to-door fraudster salesman I wasn't interested in his overpriced crap on dubious payment plans only to come back and see I'd missed a Dez TD.

What a day.

Just have to hope someone else picks up the slack

That was a great play and slide by Dak. Dak is proving to be a real steal in the fourth round, and much like Green Bay and Indy, looks like Dallas will avoid the drought of no franchise quarterback. Yet in the 2016 Draft, Rams gave up everything including the kitchen sink for Goff. Goff didn't play at all until recently. Wentz was starter from day one but the Eagles also gave up multiple picks for him. Cleveland took Kessler in the third round, and can't decide if they want him or Josh McCown start. Jets took Hackenberg in the second round.... Broncos took Lynch in the first. Meanwhile Jerry stayed put, waited and got his next franchise QB in the fourth round.

Will Dak have his own special 10 years from now about how much of a steal he was and how he revived the Cowboys?

I'm starting Cooks, Edelman and Nelson, so hopefully one of them knocks it out of the park.

Dallas' defense is about to give this game away and possibly give the Vikings new life in OT. Though at least the 2 point conversion isn't guaranteed considering they need 8 to tie.

It just goes to show how a great situation can do so much for a QB. Having Zeke, Dez, Witten and that OL no doubt does him a huge favour.

I got a bit of grief for saying a while ago that if we'd drafted Brady Quinn back in 2007 and the Browns had drafted Joe, Quinn would probably still be doing quite well for us today and Joe would have been just another Cleveland statistic. But the reality is you could probably say something similar about a lot of QBs.

Refs letting Dallas do whatever. You know things are bad when the announcers are saying how bad of a missed penalty that was and how bad the Vikings got robbed.

Shannon Sharpe is angry over the non call on Sam Bradford. He is having a word or two on Twitter. He also said he doesn't want to hear the excuse Blandino will make.

Would be funny to see the Cowboys go 15-1, make it all the way to the Super Bowl and lose like the Panthers did.

I saw Dak play action and have 10 minutes to turn around and survey the field. Flacco does that and immediately has to run for his life.

The Cowboy fans complaining are funny, I don't want to hear it, they get away with blatant holding all the time.

Week 15 could be a flex, I hope we get Sunday Night against the Eagles. It might not happen since Detroit-New York looks like a better sell.

Yeah, especially because that would put 3 consecutive Ravens games in primetime (wk 14-mon night at pats, week 15 vs eagles, and wk 16 on christmas at pitt). I bet they flex detroit-new york giants into that slot as well

That is a good point. We'll see what they do but it would be nice to get the spot light. I know we got Prime Time against NE and Pitt but I would like a SNF game.

Enjoying the rookie QB Rise of 2016? Here's another Rookie quarterback starting just for you! Broncos have ruled out Trevor Siemian for Sunday against Jacksonville and Paxton Lynch will make his second career start on Sunday. So this means the Broncos don't beat the Jaguars as badly as they would have?

It's a Winter Wonderland in Green Bay and Chicago. Love seeing football played in the snow.

Eric Berry with a huge pick 6 in the closing minute of the first half. Chiefs now lead 20-13 with 37 seconds remaining.

Matt Bryant with his best Tucker impersonation hitting a 59 yard FG, cutting the Chiefs halftime lead to 20-16. Bengals are shockingly up 19-0 over the Eagles, the shutout is shocking I should say. Patriots are only up 17-0 on the Rams at the half, so give Fisher another 3 year extension for getting blown out by the Patriots.

Eric Berry is the man, not only does he have a Pick 6, but he intercepted a 2PT conversion and returned it for 2. Chiefs lead 29-28 over the Falcons.

These 4PM games are going to be a toss up. Can go either way if you ask me, but... Go Giants!
