[News] Who's Practicing, Who's Not vs. Miami Dolphins

18 posts in this topic

We need this game. THis is almost a play off type of situation for us. We can stop the run well and with DParker questionable at best.... This should play into our favor. JLandry is the real deal and I would feel much more confident if Jimmy plays as a result. I don't think Tannehill is great (especially if we can get to him this week) I hope Pees dials up some pressure and the presence of Dumervil and Suggs on the outside give them fits. We are getting back to full strength and need to begin to show that we are a play off team but beating play off caliber teams. This is a big one for us!

the player that will be missed the most is ALEX LEWIS,with him our run game was way better.

Actually we are better off with Yanda playing at LG now.

By playing LG he is able to play. If he were still playing RG, he would be out because of his shoulder injury.

Agreed, It sucks that Lewis' growth has been stunted but With Yanda at the left side we have a reliable side of the line.

It will be interesting to see what happens if Lewis is able to come back this season. Can Lewis play RG?  Will Yanda's shoulder be healthy enough to go back to RG?  Or is Lewis a backup at T and LG in case of injury? (with Jensen/Urshel backing up RG and C)

Lewis is a starter no matter what.

Lewis should take another week, The Ravens can win without him. This week could make a huge difference for the Ravens with a big W. I expect the Giants to give Pitsberg a run for their money. The Giants bring in a good defense, disciplined offense and need to keep pace in the division. Go out and get the Win Ravens and see where things end up at the end of the day.

This is another chance the Ravens can beat a team with a wining record and more important than Dallas game. All hands need to be on deck for the games.

Not true. Lewis was average. Goof FOR a rookie. But he didn't dominate in any way shape or form. Duccasse is playing well at guard now, maybe better than Lewis. No way is Lewis the starter no matter what after not playing for over a month.

I expect the boys to come out of the gate firing!!!!!!!
HUGE GAME. Must Win. At home game vs a good team that we should Definitely win.
I expect the crowd to be rockin for this one. Time for some sizzlingdoom with Jimmy and Young covering them for the first time all year (with a real doom). I expect Weddle to shine in this game and I expect a couple TFL from Pierce and/or BWILL. I'm also seeing a 68 yard td for Breshad. I think this will be the most fun game for watch to watch so far this year. Go get em boys!
TOUCHDOOOWWWWNN RRAAAAAAAAVEENNSS!

Good the hear Jimmy's coming back. We're about to be tested with who we have left to play. Maimi is no slouch but at least we get to play them here then comes NE in their house (I would love nothing more for Xmas than to put a beat down on them!). Playing the Eagles at M&T will help but then it's off to Pittsburgh who always has a chance and are fighting for the same spot we covet. Cincy, although in the basement and possibly nothing to play for, will undoubtedly have something to prove to themselves after what happened in their last game with us. We COULD sweep all of them, with NE being our biggest test but we could also lose every one of them. It's just how we are. We need all hands on deck and a little bit of luck to pull this off but unlike what I thought earlier in the year, I think it's possible. I'm expecting the worst but hoping for the best. Our destiny is in our hands!
GO RAVENS!!

Glad to hear Jimmy is back, even though it is in a limited capacity. What we need going forward is the offense to not sputter out constantly. We've been up in several games and they let off the gas. WHY??? We need to be ruthless and bury teams.

Agreed. Nothing fancy. Just good solid play. Just wonder which Tannenhill we will see. He can really stink up the place or take it to you. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
