He does a fine job in the first half of games. Can gameplan with the best of them. Sadly, he lacks any creativity if his usual 4 play calls don't work, cannot adjust if his original gameplan ceases to work and plays scared once those things start happening.

Why check to a run when their obviously showing a full blitz? You know you have 1on1 switch to a hot read. That's the biggest problem in this offense. Beat that blitz on a quick cross or toss it up on a fly route, there's no safeties back, let Wallace or Perriman beat their guy in straight speed.

Eh I think most of that has to do with lack of quality depth in key spots
