[News] Ray Lewis Issues Twitter Apology To Joe Flacco

42 posts in this topic

Glad he made it right! Flacco isn't the only issue with the o line.

SSS is the only reliable receiver we have, Wallace a very close second.

How is this season any different than last season? Oz draft picks are what is killing this team

Someone had to say it Harbs and Ozzie can't they have to support Joe while under the contract! Numbers don't Lie people do and its on film! To those that choose to blame the O line past draft picks etc just don't want to face it Joe is done if he played up to his contract the Ravens would be 8-2 cowboys would have been our 2nd loss! Called me Troll because I see that Mallet would do better than Joe and the issue is still relevant to this very day! Smh

I have no problem with what Ray initially said, they just have different personalities. Joe has been successful with his Joe Cool persona so you cant really blame that, I think hes just better at accomodating more personality types than he is at inspiring his teammates.

What Cool persona? If what Flacco portrays is Cool then the meaning of Cool has fallen way off. Unemotional best describes Flacco!

Not blaming him for yesterday, TOP was heavily in the Cowboys favor, not much Flacco could do. Yesterday's lose came to a lack of pass rush in the 2nd half and not being able to stop the check down throws

Check down throws???  There were no check down throws to Dex Bryant - he made our corners look like little kids against him.  Pass rush must have stayed in the locker room at half time.

Disingenuous again Ray. You said Joe wasn't family or a friend. It was entirely a personal attack, it was entirely about Joe. This wasn't an apology, it was damage control.

Exactly right! Nothing but an empty u-turn.

It is hard to let go of ' a Time' , that one is no longer in. Ray is passionate and that is fine. If he'd like to come out of retirement and Play all 5 O-Line positions ?
Then .....that'd be alright with me. Many small things are wrong with this team and yes, Joe is one of them. He wasn't the ONE who amassed 12 Penalties for 136 Yards last Sunday, however.. That could have been 2 Scoring Drives of 68 Yards, that weren't taken advantage of by the Ravens.
These guys learn to eliminate costly Penalties at Crucial Times ?
They will Score More Points. Plain and simple.

He has been that way since coming into the league. Get used to it. It is what it is and he shouldn't have to change it because of Ray or anybody else.

He barely showed any emotion when he put the team on his back and marched us to our second Super Bowl title.

A fight is won by who has the most might. People follow a leader who can inspire not a person with no desire. Liker-ship =s a lost, leadership =s motivation which will bring wins!
