Why Shareece? Why, why, why? He does not play, we win, he plays, we lose. Always giving up big plays and......Touchdowns. I said it before the game started and it played out as expected. I hate to take food off of a mans table, but, why is he playing? Ok, Jimmy is hurt, but, c'mon man. Next year we need to finally fork out the money on a good CB. Yikes. Season is still cloudy, but, we are in the driver seat still.

LOL, when does Marcus Peters becomes a free agent? Next year, a year after that because l would love to get a dude that caliber of corner and that's what we need. He might be expensive but if we have a slimmest chance than l'll sign him the offseason.

As of now, the Ravens gonna have to win there 3 remaining home games Bengals, Dolphins, and Eagles. Can't afford to lose not one and l'll believe they gonna have to beat Pittsburgh on Christmas that's the only team that is a threat for the division crown and will have a tie breaker if we have the same record. So they need a 9-7 to win the division. They need to be these four teams on there remaining schedule.

Dak was consistently missing open receivers until our pass rush died down, and then he had all day to throw and take advantage of our horrible secondary without J. Smith.

I don't think he had all day to pass as much as he just beat us with his smarts. He regularly changed plays on the line and consistantly took what the D gave him. Always giving his pass catchers a chance.

Dak had a tough first half and got lucky with the first TD then made adjustments and attacked our weakness in the second.

on the other hand, we had a lead and run game that  was working and we just abandoned it to force pass after pass into a secondary that was waiting for it.

Why Dallas won. My take:

-By us playing wayyyy to soft before halftime- thus, giving Dallas the tying field goal gave them momentum. That was sick to watch.
-I am not sure what happened to our intensity. All the pressure we were applying to Prescott appeared to have left after halftime. Why?
-Penalties again were crippling. If we are playing the best- you have to play near flawless to come away the victor.
*side note: a VERY commendable job to our QB considering the loss. I have been a major critic. I will give credit where due.
-Lets get Cinncy next week!

They won because they picked on our weakest corner sharrece wright. I wouldve loved to see how we wouldve played had we been at full strength with jimmy smith out there, all well

We usually make good 2nd half adjustments. But Pees called some mind boggling coverages to end the 1st half and continued to do so for the rest of the game. We took away the long ball but, gave up so much yac on cushion. It was like watching the patriots offense march on us. and, the mistakes cant happen if we want to win, too many.

At the end of the day corners have to cover. Weve been good these last couple weeks because sharece wright wasnt in there to give up the deflating 3rd down catch or TD. He was in there today tho

Ah yes, someone else shares my pain. Continually looking lost, blowing coverages and losing critical match-ups. Hate to say it, but Webb was doing the same thing as he got older. That's why he is playing safety.

We have better options than sharace wright. I know ozzie screwed up and paid him all that money and doesnt want to look dumb by benching him but oh well. I want to see powers out there. And I wish we hadnt of cut will davis. Sharece wright being injured these last couple weeks was the best thing to ever happen to this team since we won the super bowl. But hes back now :(

The Ravens are an average team filled with solid guys and no playmakers. They play hard and all get along with one another and buy into the team philosophy, but they can't take over a game except against really bad teams. This was perhaps the best draft class the Ravens have had since 2008, and it paled in comparison with the Dak and Zeke show. Not sure how to turn this around, but if they fail to make the playoffs drafting mid-round won't be that helpful.

Truth is ozzies picks are garbage

My Five Thoughts

1. Jimmy Smith holds the DB group together.

2. Dumb penalties really hurt the Ravens in the second half.

3. Falling behind killed the run game.

4. Need someone other then Smith and Wallace to step up at WR

5. Can't put this one on Flacco.

Seriously. I've been screaming this even since week 1. He made some good tackles vs Buffalo, a team that wasn't passing the ball. But I warned once he has to cover, we're screwed. It's a joke that he's not only still a raven but starting! The freaking 49ers!! cut him last year. He's awful. He had a pick thrown right to him today and he decides to batt at it with BOTH hands like a 4 year old. It's embarrassing to see him out there. He'll be targeted 35 times by Brady if he's out there when we play the Pats.

It's a joke. Time for Biscotti to throw down his fist on some issues. Harbs and Ozzie are losing it. The saddest part is we still have a good chance. If Wright plays next game at all, I'm rooting for a Harbaugh firing. He's losing it. The drafting losing it. Wright playing for the ravens is straight embarrasing!

a team that continues to make recurring penalties,is really saying I don't want to play for this coach anymore.

I think Harbaugh is losing it. Ozzie has lost it. If Wright plays next game, Harbaugh must be replaced. Ozzie has run our team into the ground with drafting too.

Cowboys "FINALLY" beat the Ravens period! They hardly ever come to Bmore so it is what it is! This game doesn't hurt that much unlike loosing to the raiders redskins giants and jets games we should have won so I'm over this one and hope Joe can get it going on a six game win streak! He's our Leader!

The Ravens could win out and go 11-5. Or, more likely, match last year's record. Watching FBAJ's and SRJ's press conferences is insane. Expecting either of them to say anything different, as they personally blow game after game, is, well by definition, insanity.

Another thing we lack is durability. We drafting and signing guys that are often injured

Sergio Kindle was a special case in that department and what a waste of a draft pick that was.

Perriman has been a waste of a pick and he continues to not get any separation.

Stanley hasn't held up well for a rookie tackle.

The rest of the offensive line besides Zuttah have been injured.

Wright is often hurt aside from being garbage.

Jimmy Smith is often injured.

Dumervil has zero stats this season. None.

Correa has been missing in action a bunch.

Webb has been injured consistently since his big deal.

Lorenzo Taliaferro has not been available most of the year due to injury.

Pitta hasn't held up well .

Finding Max Williams on the game field is harder than finding Waldo.

Crocket Gilmore has been often injured also.

That's three tight ends right there that rarely touch the field. Add the fact that Nick Boyle keeps pissing hot and our 6-7 tight ends becomes just hobbled Pitta and Darren Waller.

And this list pales in comparison to last season.

Enough already with the "mistakes" excuse. GOOD teams overcome mistakes. Dallas had a 1st and 30 and scored on that drive. The bottom line is, the Ravens are an average team that needs to play perfect football to win, and no team can do that.

Sadly, this will continue as long as our QB is getting paid $22.5M (cap hit) to throw 10 TDs. Flacco is a good QB, but the Ravens will never be able to afford to surround him with the players he needs to win. The team that beat the Ravens yesterday is the new model of success in the NFL; young cheap QB, good young RB, a go to WR, and solid in all other areas. The Ravens used that formula in 2012. So did SF, SEA, and CAR. Now it is DAL and soon to be PHI and TB. I see the Ravens wallowing in the middle of the pack for years to come; never finishing poorly enough to draft a true impact player and never being a serious playoff threat.

One last thought; I love JH and his leadership style. But can we please get some fresh young minds on the coaching staff? Week after week I see teams with less talent move the ball with plays designed to do so. Ours seem to be designed to get us to 4th and 2 on every possession. Is there a team out there that runs the screen pass worse than we do? And how about some CB technique that leads to INTs and not PIs? Just my thoughts.

Five thoughts

1. Drafting is ruining the Baltimore Ravens. Remember that whole "in Ozzie we trust".....yeah it's almost been a DECADE since he's drafted well. The days of surviving on Ray, Ed, and Sizzle are long gone.

2. We've had corner back issues since McCallister. That's a long time

3. Wright should never play another down for the Ravens. It's embarrassing for the fans and organization and Harbs puts him out there again he should go too. Webb can return punts but he sholdn't play D either. Stop playing the dbs 12 yards off!!!

4. RUN THE BALL

5. O yeah, Our drafting is killing us!

We lost our identity when we ditched Pollard and Gave away one of our 5 best RAVENS ever. Don't care about stats or years. Q was one of the best and most respresenative Ravens ever. He puts the O on his back, makes Joe look great in the playoffs, wins us a Superbowl. And we give him away for a 6th rounder. It's all been downhill since that beautiful move front office

I agree with points 1,2 and 3 but we did run the ball. Dallas just started clamping down on it at some point. We need a consistent o-line and some damn corners bad! CB and S should be # 1 and 2 on our draft board in my opinion.

Where were the two number one picks from the great Oz who knows all? I am talking about Perriman and Elam. Perriman didn't make one catch and Elam, well, I have said it too many times already, but here goes again.....STINKS. That is what has killed the Ravens, poor drafting, especially in the early rounds. The Ravens have no excuses. They are just not good enough. Steve Smith, Wallace, and Yanda are. The rest of them on offense, including the overpaid quarterback, are mediocre at best. On defense, if you can't play well after losing one guy, you are ill prepared for competition in the NFL. Jimmy Smith is not the best corner to ever play the game, but he is our best corner. Losing him should not have the effect that it does. Time for cleaning house of these average players on defense. I wouldn't pay any of them a plug nickel. Let them walk when their time comes.

The penalties were definitely one-sided it's not even an overstatement, had people on my Facebook feed that are diehard Saints fans complaining about all the bad calls against the Ravens.

Dez bryant got away with shoving T.Young by the face mask to create spacing on comeback route, during a scoring drive.

dallas db was holding Aiken I believe in back of the end zone literally holding him nothing called announcers complaining about it.

Zuttah was flagged for unnecessary roughness ( although it was idiotic on his part ) that should have been offsetting penalties because 2 different cowboys came in seconds before Zuttah making wild dives both kneeing Perriman in the back & head area.

The Ravens had great success running it in the 1st Qtr and they never stuck with the run game after that, even though it was a relatively close game the whole way. Cowboys on the other hand continue to run regardless of their lack of success and stayed balanced. Also they took every single underneath route they were given by the Ravens.

When a team lacks a pass rush the way we do, then every WR shouldn't be given 8-10 yards of space so frequently. It became pitch and catch with short routes Dak completed 17 out of 18 passes while chewing up clock.  I understand showing Dez some respect giving him space but every WR?

Tavon has been great this season, but I don't understand first and goal inside the 10 and he gives 7 yards of cushion.

It seems that, for some reason, most of our guys have lost the desire to win. Have lost the urgency. Only time our offense shows any signs of life is at the end of games when they need the make a comeback.

Still the same old thing

Lack of consistent play makers
Costly and stupid penalties killing drives or negating plays
Lack of solid corners makes for a crappy secondary
After first series on Defense pass rush went silent. Wasn't until the 4th quarter until I heard Suggs name mentioned. Played a 3 and 4 man rush against Dak and he picked us a part. Made Young, Wright and Powers look stupid all game!!

^^^ This has been happening all season and needs to stop if they want to go anywhere this season...

Boldin "Only" has 41 receptions and 5 TD's so far this season. The Lions are paying him 2 million. We could have done the same BUT we didn't want Q to be taking valuable playing time from MIA Chris Moore and Breshad Perriman. Don't forget about our NEXT Arthur Brown. That would be KC who is seen from time to time on Special Teams contributing next to nothing.

We really don't need Five Thoughts or reasons at this point. Real simple here folks, this team just isn't good enough.

That's not true. We just need to get healthy and take care of our division foes which are as much or more of a mess than we are. If Jimmy gets healthy, and we can somehow find a way to score more than 20 a game, we will be extremely dangerous come playoff time. A lot of things to iron out though and it seems like Harbaugh and Flacco are in control of most of that
