What a bunch of bandwagoners on this forum, seriously go away :D You guys saying this D isn't anything ? All of you guys were hyping this D week ago ? When healthy, this is the #1 ranked d in the whole league, that's what it is! You try to play that kind of defense when your offense cannot be even counted as an offense. Flacco and companions doing nothing, Zuttah taking drive killing penalties and the only person who's balling is SSS. Don't know which is worst, our bandwagon fans or the "offense" ?

Flacco and the offense by a mile. Come on Flacco sucks and you need offense. We are paying him $120 Million to be the laughing stock of the league

Seriously is Flacco on some kind of medication??

Last two minutes, down two scores, and he stands there pointing and taking his sweet time.

I think the guy has lost it under pressure?

How do you expect town with 136 yards in penalties????? The coach has lost his authority over the team!!!!!!!!

Get out of here, have you seen some of these stupid penalties. We aren't a big household name So we are going to get penalized when we play popular teams.

Good effort by the Ravens. I'm proud of them. ?

In the first half, yes.

The defense literally disappeared in the second, and the offense is still a work in progress (like every single year).

Best news all day

Not that it matters, we still got dominated by their defense.

96 of those yard should have been offset by a holding penalty on Dallas's o-lineman, but I get your point.

I'm a Harbs fan, but this team is among the league leaders in penalties. Someone is responsible for this.

EZEKIEL ELLIOTT ONLY GOT 97 YARDS.  At least he didn't break his 100 yards.

Ravens lose and the Steelers are winning.  So this news means what exactly?

And it can work, some of the best defenses use this stratagy. We don't have a pass rush, or playmakers, and we sure as hell don't have any emotion. They made some big plays even when we did press. This team sucks. I think the coaching(maybe not pees) but as a whole has kept this team together. Pees isn't the problem, if you think he is the reason this defense sucks you are lying to yourself. I've seen pees call some terrible plays. But I've also seen him call a couple series flawlessly. He isn't the main problem.

Those Defenses have pass rush we don't minus Suggs so with no pass rush it will not work. I agree it could work but not our personnel. But Pees can not figure that out. Pees could not figure what a TE is much less scheme to cover one.

Teams with good discipline don't get over 100 yards in penalties. Discipline comes from players who listen too and follow the head coach. How do you explain that one????

I think there were some good things to take away from this game to build on for the remaining schedule. I really hope Tavon is okay.  Dallas usually kills us on injuries and I hope we come out of this one okay on that front.

Even with a limited pass rush and small DBs that can't cover in man-D the Ravens stay in most games. The problem has been injuries. The Ravens are playing about as well as can be expected realistically.

If we don't blame the head coach and the players don't work hard at good discipline, then who do we blame?

Is this seriously the most undisciplined team we've ever seen?

Possibly the worst offense in Ravens history and that is saying a lot. Flacco sucks worse than Kyle Boller right now. At least Kyle could throw the ball.

I'm from Michigan and respect the entire Harb family, but he is losing his players this year.

And Darryl Green doesn't play on this team, nor do we have anybody as good as him.

Terrible example.

I'm saying a small CB can play press man.

i agree. Boyz are having a truly magical season tho. I mean 2 rookies carrying their team..it is spectacular to witness.

Whole lot easier for two rookies behind the best o line, holes to run through and pass protection of 5+ seconds every drop back

I tend to think the coaches deserve a lot of the blame for not sufficiently disciplining the players. I need to go back and look at the numbers through the last few years, but my first instinct is to consider all the coaching changes that occurred when Kubiak came on board. He brought a bunch of positions coaches with him and then took some to Denver, didn't he?

Maybe that upheaval resulted in some lax coaching.

I'll agree that Harbs does have the ultimate responsibility. He's obviously been doing a less than stellar job at hiring OCs and now the team has had complete meltdowns in penalties for at least two years in a row. Something has to change. I'm not sure if that means getting rid of positions coaches or benching players like Zuttah or something else entirely, but they can't keep giving up entire football fields in penalty yardage.
