2016 Week 11 Other Games Discussion

Saints @ Panthers: The NFC South seemed to be over, but the mid season fall by the Falcons have opened it back up to a re surging Saints team. While the Saints were robbed against the Broncos, it seems they are ready to compete with Atlanta. The Panthers meanwhile seemingly have gotten it together need a win if they want to challenge to win their fourth straight NFC South Title.

Steelers @ Browns: I'm going to say it....... UPSET OF THE YEAR! Browns over Steelers as the Steelers season hits the lowest of lows as the Browns who have been competitive for the most part, get their first win this Sunday.

Jaguars @ Lions: The Detroit Lions are now in the driver seat of the NFC North. The fall of the Vikings & Packers have opened the door for the re surging Lions. The Jaguars look like a team far from being on the rise and it's more surprising Gus Bradley is still the Head Coach. Lions look to avoid the trap game in their quest to win the NFC North for the first time since the realignment in 2002.

Titans @ Colts: The Titans came close to beating the Colts last time, but if they can do to Andrew Luck what they did to Aaron Rodgers, the Titans will be a threat to the Texans run at another AFC South title. Colts seemingly are playing better than they were in the beginning of the year so this could go either way. Are the Titans for real or a fluke?

Bills @ Bengals: For the Bills, their playoff hopes went up in smoke and now Rex is trying to salvage what's left in order to keep his job for next season. The same could be said for the Bengals if not for Mike Brown who will probably keep Marvin Lewis around despite a losing season. Bengals look to recover after a one point loss to the Giants on a short week.

Bucs @ Chiefs: The AFC West is the strongest division without a doubt, which is bad news for the Bucs. While they gave the Raiders a run for their money, I do expect the Chiefs to still come out on top. Though they will need to get off to a faster start than they did against Carolina to avoid another comeback victory.

Bears @ Giants: The Giants look to keep up with the Dallas Cowboys who are 8-1. The Bears are well on their way to a top five pick which will mean the end of the Jay Cutler era in Chicago, so they look for the upset to spoil the Giants playoff and division chances down the line.

Cardinals @ Vikings: You know, this game looked realy good on paper before the season. When the Vikings started out 5-0, this game looked even better. Now this game features two Super Bowl contenders trying to right the ship to make the playoffs and battle for their division. The Vikings hope a new Kicker will solve some of their issues, while the Cardinals try to get back to what they were a season ago.

Dolphins @ Rams: Jeff Fisher finally stopped being so damn stubborn, and now Jared Goff will make his NFL debut this Sunday. Goff makes his debut against a re surging Dolphins team looking to take away one of the wild card spots from the AFC West. It's hard telling what to expect from Goff in his first start but it's a situation the Rams should have looked at a lot sooner.

Patriots @ 49ers: The Patriots come off a tough loss in a "Life Comes Full Circle" Moment against the Seahawks. Instead of the Seahawks, it was the Patriots that should have ran the ball at the one yard line. This week, life comes easy for the Patriots as they face Chip Kelly who may or may not be plotting his way back to college football.

Eagles @ Seahawks: The Eagles were able to knock off one of the top contending NFC teams in the Falcons, they have a chance this week to do the same to the Seattle Seahawks. Seattle looks to be back to the team they were when they appeared in back to back Super Bowls and the Eagles look to spoil it for them and stay in the hunt in the competitive NFC East.

Packers @ Redskins: I see why this game is on SNF, a playoff rematch from a year ago but for what seemed like a repeat of the playoffs. Has turned into the rise of the Redskins and the decline of the Green Bay Packers. Everyone said Kirk Cousins wouldn't be able to repeat what he did last year but his 14 to 7 TD to INT ratio says otherwise. Cousins has the Redskins going up in a very competitive NFC East, while The Pack are looking for answers to correct their problems.

Texans @ Raiders: The NFL International Series heads to Mexico City for the first time as the Houston Texans face the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders look to keep the AFC West a three team race and take down the AFC South leading Texans who need to watch their back as the Titans are not that far behind in the division race.

It would be sweet if the Browns can upset Pitt and the Bills could take down the Bengals. Other than that, I like the Eagles/Seahawks match best with the Hawks winning at home. I think the Texans/ Raiders will prove the Texans to be pretenders. The Titans/Colts could end up being a descent game as well, I'll take the Titans. If the Pack lose to the Skins, they are done imo.

Now that would be hilarious!  Man, I hope that comes true!  That would help us in SOO many ways..It would add not only a LOSS to the Steelers, but a DIVISION loss, plus it could destroy any confidence the Steelers have left.  I don't think it will happen, but I will be cheering like crazy for it it happen!

I expect this to be a REALLY good game.  Both teams will be DESPERATELY trying to salvage their seasons.  A loss for both teams would be almost catastrophic to their playoff chances.  GO BUFFALO!!!

I think the Browns will beat the Steelers. The Steelers have been pretty bad against the run at times which is going to get worse because Heyward is out, and Crowell has been surprisingly good. If there's one thing Hue has done well with the Browns it's turning around their run game.

Saints defense has looked better than usual, maybe that's just cause the Panthers' offensive line just isn't good and they are able to get to Cam more.

about time...

Panthers are gonna need another first down though as Brees can get the ball down the field on their defense in 30 seconds which he will have as things stand.

Hated the end of the Steelers/Browns first half. Refs gifted the Steelers a TD on that phony DPI on Haden.
