It's nice to look ahead positively but basically a waste of time. What matters is beating the Cowboys this week. To do that we will need to stop the run. Our front 7 against their offensive line will be an awesome matchup. Whoever wins this battle will likely win the game. Prescott will be helpless without an effective run game. I hope for a low scoring game that we can eke out a win with a couple turnovers. I doubt many give us a chance but that is when we seem to play our best. Fortunately we match up very well with them and have a chance to come out of there with a win.

We will know a lot more about our chances after the boys play the Steelers today.

First I'll start by saying I know we can beat anybody. Now, while it was obviously nice to see Pitt lose today, I don't see the cusion that a lot of fans do. Pitt plays the browns next week, already played NE, and already beat Cincy. We are about to play Dallas on the road, Pitt AND NE on the road, and 2 Cincy games. One game at a time. Time to earn some respect and doing work and playing like Ravens in Jerry World. One game a time. Awesome game comin up. CANT WAIT

I agree. And I like that we have Jimmy to match up on dez. I'm interested to see to see if Tavon follows that little Cole around too. Our front 7 is awesome. This might sound obvious, but I think the key to stopping Zeke is Pierce and BWILL clogging up the middle. I've seen Zeke go on way to many huge runs right up the middle this year. We have good edge containment with Sizzle back and Z or Judon on the otherside. Mosely, Orr, Pierce, and BWILL, get er done. Jerny knifing into the back field won't hurt either. Can't wait for this game. I see the difference being Perriman after gaining confidence last week. BP 5 catches for 132 and a td

No doubt we have a tough road, but the Pitt result looks more and more like 9-7 could win the division. Again, a LONG way to go to get to 9-7 as you mentioned, but at least the division appears to be there for the taking if we can make it through the gauntlet of our remaining schedule.  9-7 is going to be no easy task, but 10-6 would be that much harder.

Tavon Young, Matt Judon and Michael Pierce are the 3 rookies that are stepping up for us along with Stanley who has missed some games and Alex Lewis who unfortunately got injured and may miss some games. I hope Correa becomes a player for us down the road. Like the article mentioned, we have to win at least one of the games against the Bengals who has our number the way we have the Steelers number. First thing first, lets take care of business in Dallas.

If we go .500 from here on out we may win the division. As far as the playoffs go, we need to have the hot shoe to make the big dance. Flacco may be settling in. Same for the o line. Two factors we need to have success. We can now lose to the Cowboys and still have a chance. Wonderful !!

You would like to see injury prone Bradford playing with our O-line? That is hilarious. And kind of mean that you would wish that on him.

A season can change in any direction, on a dime. A streak, injuries/injury, turnovers, etc. So, the actual season outlook hasn't changed one bit; just the perception (optimism) of some.
