I guess it's a matter of opinion on whether or not they are 'dominating' our website. I think of the Under Armour commercials... "We must protect this house!"

Of course, there is logic in the idea that you can't argue with a drunk person (some of them are drunk with their own stupidity). This all doesn't matter anyway. The only thing that matters is on the field (from a football perspective anyway).

Yep, quoting trolls just makes it that much harder to clean things up.

Mods and Admin have relatively thankless jobs.

Just report the posts and move on. At best, the posts are removed and the user banned. At worst, the posts roll off the first page into obscurity.

it's funny where i work i have a guy who comes in and he's a steeler fan and he knows i'm a ravens fan. he has his same qualms like most steeler fans and i have mine being a raven fan. but it's done tastefully we both back it up with valid points. i keep thinking to myself if all steeler fans could be like this the boards wouldn't be so filled with their crap!
of course around here it's hard to decipher the true fans from the bandwagon ones and i best not see any raven gera if we win today haven't seen any all year but me in this area!imma going to be calling people out lol

The problem with the "Protect this House" mentality is that you just end up adding more brush to the fire. If you don't give them a rise they can't dominate.

I know its not east to take the high road and just talk around them but that's best.

Not sure which category I fall in but let me say just this --

I'm in an unusual position because I respect both of these teams equally well. Although I favor the Steelers because that's where I'm from, my a$$ has resided in Baltimore for so long now that I'll be pleased no matter the outcome. The AFC North (and these two teams in particular) have been consistently disrespected by the NFL corporate mavens for much too long.

There are only two things that will ruin this game for me: (1) that players on either side of the ball lose their cool and start taking cheap, career ending shots at each other, and (2) the refs in anyway whatsoever change the natural outcome by BS calls and so-called hidden camera replays.

Other than that it's going to be one of the best games in NFL history, one that we're likely to remember for the rest of our lives.
