Yes, the Ravens actually produced a blowout. Encouraging to see 'generation next' contribute on offense. Improved defense knows it must carry team. Get used to a patchwork offensive line with injuries piling up.

I've been waiting for the no huddle all year. I hope we see more of that. I also really liked the crossing routes by the wrs. Hopefully we can keep it going against better defenses.

Great defense but Flacco two game picks that's 4 multiple pick games this season, ouch. But complimentary football was the winning formula tonight.

Was a little worried when McCown came in. That guy has hurt us recently. But the defense stepped up, made him look bad, and it changed the game.

Good game! Hopefully Joe has his INTs out the way now because the Ravens can beat them Cowboys but Joe gotta clean it up! Some of us complain about Joe's play it's on paper because numbers don't Lie people do and its on display every week! Time of season two INTs will cost you the game so hopefully the past two games have our squad primed and ready to Wreak havoc because Joe can take down brady but he has to do better! PS Feeling good this weekend LOL

1. Seems like when they let Joe call the shots (no huddle) Joe did really well. To me this seems like he has a better feel of the game flow than the OC.

2. Right on cue as soon as T West gets something going they take him out and either go pass crazy or bring in another back. T West needs to get a feel for the game and be left in.

3. Is Darren Waller something special or what? His first TD and another ball downed in the one yard line on ST. I love his great grandfather, the legendary Fats Waller and I love Darren. I have high hopes for him.

4. Perriman has the monkey off his back. Now we need to make the passes we throw him really difficult to catch because he gets all those and misses the easy ones that hit him right in the hands. Maybe the offense has gotten the monkey off its back too. Let's hope.

5. Eric Weddle! Much as I love Mike Wallace and his insane speed, Weddle has proven he is the best free agent signing this off season. Though I hope they continue compete for that honor.

PS 6. Yea for no broken bones in Alex Lewis' leg/ankle/foot ! Because that looked worse than if his ankle turned to powder. Good bet his dance training had something to do with his luck on that. Good luck healing big guy!

Also I forgot Suggs, isn't that such a nice thing when you forget Suggs Because, he looks like the QB terrorizing monster we all have come to know and love? Size is back in prime form. So is SSS. On par for 1000 catches in Dallas! In a big show on a big stage, just like him.

PD96 I thought you would be ecstatic today since when they turned Joe loose last night in the no huddle he played really well. You have been screaming for this all season, and I have to admit that you appear to be right. Turn Joe loose in the no huddle and let him sling it where he calls the shots. Hat tip to PD96!

Very happy the offense rebounded, and Joe seemed to (mostly) come out of his slump in the second half, though his INTs were real head-scratchers (and he tried a 3rd with the Perriman TD throw).

The reall issue is the O-Line, and I think it has more to do with scheme and coaching than talent, with the exception of Pitta who whiffed or seemingly recoiled from his blocking responsibilities in the first half. Too many missed assignments, and a weird insertion of a couple of trap plays for a unit supposedly built around zone blocking. This unit needs to keep it simple, let guys like DuCasse just maul, and consider resting Zuttah for Urschel.

My 3 thoughts...

1. It's about time the offense decided to join the party
2. This defense is scary good...championship level good
3. Tavon Young is the real deal (he completely erased Corey Coleman)

RavenSpain, I was a lil concerned too. I was wondering why they didn't start him since he gave us so much trouble the last time. I could foresee the momentum shifting toward the Browns when McCowan trouted out. But it didn't matter, our D, shut him down too as they did all the other posers they brought out. But it is true what one of the analysts said during half-time, you gotta put a team like this away early. Cause if you let'em hang around they gain confidence and step up their game and start to really believe they can beat you! Once we finally scored a TD and the score was 21 - 7, I figured they were done although I also figured they'd go down swingin'! lol I predict the Dallas game will be low-scoring and close, but that we will pull it out by a hair.

Good game but everyone know that getting to Flacco and causing him to fear the rush efffectively shuts down the ravens offense. Dallas won't have a bit of a problem making Flacco so afraid that he probably doesn't complete half his passes, suffers a major blow out and will probably have to change his pants IF we don't find a way to fix this line. I made the comment that we have a bunch of old guys up front and we are paying the high wages of the old guys and letting quality new guys walk. We can't afford to do that anywhere on this team. Where would we be if we kept KO, OR Kyle Long would have been a great backup addition to have but although he was signed elsewhere, we argued over his knee and now we have no backup save THE flacco-killer. The Ravens FO has become procrastination central. When solutions come up they make up an excuse why it won't work , its a little hot and we will wait something will eventually pop-up. So we wait and something else comes along but its a little too cold so Ozzie says no. And then something else comes along and its too hard, or too soft, or too whatever. Sounds like Goldilocks (Goldislost). Nothing is ever just right to pick up a good quality player but we can turn down good food from the table to go dumpster diving for talent. Sorry for the metaphors, just am out of ways to say this team needs to add quality pieces and if the QB has to take a paycut for that to happen so be it. The best QBs in the league have all done that when the team needed to add key pieces. We've shown we can win, now lets go out and get the pieces to nail down a post season spot. We are now past the trade deadline so the only thing we can pick up at this point since the boat already sailed on trading for quality players, is the dumpster of refugee players that can't make it on other teams. All the diamonds in the rough are gone Ozzie, you blew the chance to make the team better until the next draft. Think Ozzie either has too many or the wrong people whispering in his ear.

Great points. Agree 1000%. This team is SOOOO different with Wright out and Tavon at the # 2 corner. Tavon and Pierce are 2 massive surprising difference makers for this team! We are Nasty! Dixon and Perriman joining the party changes the O big time as well

Kyle along can't even get out of his stance up in Minnesota. It was fortunate that we didn't sign him.

I really think it is the O line coaching that is screwing up the offense. Every season that Castillo has been in charge we have faired poorly and the line has looked terrible.

Alex Lewis is a diamond from the rough, so is Judson, so is Pierce, so was Tucker, Will Lutz looks like a nice Tucker copy with almost but not quite as strong a leg, so I think you are off base in this department.

Can't you enjoy the win and see if they can build off this? Last year the defense improved in the second half of the season so if they can continue to do that again this year, look out.

I do not understand Perriman -- He makes a tremendous catch for a TD but drops a pass that hits him in the hands. Seems to be his MO as he done the same thing in other games. Head scratching to me.

If he had great hands he would've been a top 10 pick. Concentration drops, they'll happen. Hopefully they just become less and less of an issue as time goes on. The kid is still a rookie

I heard B.J. on Ravens extra say "yeah, but it was the Browns".....and? The score was 28-7 not a 2 point squeaker. I think the Ravens beat them as they should have. The Defense is playing lights out! Awsome! The first half offense I found myself groaning "here we go again!". But in the second half, somebody must have doused them with coffee or something because they suddenly came alive :) Seeing that......yeah this team has the potential to beat anyone out there. O-line injuries are a bit of a concern, hope they can work around them until guys get healthy. Good win! GO RAVENS! CB 25

you have to be joking. Zuttah has outplayed Urschel All season.

I don't know where this stuff comes from. Zuttah has had games this season where he has the highest offensive pff grade on the team and quite a few games where he has been in the top 5 offensive performers. Last week a member tied to tell me how well PFF has graded John this year and I almost took his word for it but then I found the stats below (if it is any constellation in 2014 he played pretty well but the last two years he has been awful). It is possible that your going to tell me PFF is BS after this but I can tell you that the Offensive Line is the position where PFF grades are most accurate in predicting performance. Not only has Zutta continuously outplayed John but Jensen has as well. But Jensen doesnt play Center so you can kill two birds with one stone with John. One reserve from the interior JU. And one for swing tackles JH, who had to play out of position at guard a few times when Jeremy went down. The first few are from last year.

. Center John Urschel (-4.4) has now graded at -9.9 over the past three weeks, and gave up a sack, three hits and three hurries yesterday.

https://www.profootballfocus.com/pro-sea-bal-grades/

" he’s done a pretty solid job in the past, grading a little above average at guard back in 2014, though he struggled at center last year. Urschel also looked shaky against a talented Panthers’ interior in the preseason opener, allowing two hurries on just 10 pass-blocking snaps "

https://www.profootballfocus.com/pro-2016-cheat-sheet-baltimore-ravens/

If you scroll down to where the projected starters are shown it tells you what the players grade from 2015. Johns was 44.8.  Now if you look at the link bellow and scroll down to the grade breakdown you will see that  a grade off 59.9 or below is a poor grade.  44.8 is really terrible

https://www.profootballfocus.com/about/how-we-grade/

Now to this year..... he is currently the 49th best gaurd in the league which is pretty terrible.
"So here’s a few PFF ranks on the Ravens O-Line, within their respective positional groups:" John Urchel 49th best gaurd in league

Dak meet Dan Pees.

Stoked for that game. Undoubteably a top 3 team from the NFC, and the best team from the NFC we'll see this year in the regualar season. I know there is a TON of season left, but I wouldn't be surprised if we play Dallas twice this season.

You are so far out of touch with reality. Eveyday I am waiting for you to post something that makes sense. Sometimes I think you have it but wehn I scroll down im hit with another outrageous prognostication.

http://www.mlive.com/wolverines/index.ssf/2016/11/wolverines_in_the_nfl_jake_lon.html
Jake has played terribly this year (Kyle is a gaurd for the bears)

One of the carsiest things you have said htis year is that JU is playing lights out and you pointed to his PFF rating. I looked and that was far from true. And do you remember this one.. KO should have left money on the table to stay in Baltimore because Oakland is a "black hole" and will never be competative. Oakland is 7-2 this year NE (best record in league) is 7-1. Why you think an nfl player in his fist contract should leave money on the table is crazy. With injuries it cold be his last contract you never know. They need to take the money when they can.
