It Is Not What Our Defense Can Do?

13 posts in this topic

This week has been focused on how our defense will perform on Sunday, if they can hold up with the few injuries we have. The game will be decided by what our Offense is able to do. If they sustain long drives and keep the steeler offense on the sideline and our Defense on the sideline, this game will go in our favor. So we have to play a good game on Offense, the only plays that do not work for us are the plays we do not run. If we do not attempt a play because of the vaunted steeler's d-fence then it will never work. Let's GO RAVEN'S open it up on the steeler's! :o

we lost the last game because Cam decided to try and not turn the ball over and did not try to win. We cant run the ball on 3 downs and expect to win the game. We gotta let flacco do him just like in the Titans game. We just gotta believe in Mason, Clayton and Heap to bail us out on a few deep balls

Well the last 2 games were very close. I do not see the steelers as a big threat. If you ask me we gave both of these games away. Now it is time to take one!

hey i am new here but what i dont understand is all year long the whole deal was successful while running mclain and rice and it seemed to open up the field for flacco a little, well just enough to be quite exciting and now all of a sudden its all about mcgahee runnin the ball,i know rice got hurt but it just seems as though what got them to the dance offensively has not been what has been the game plan in the last 2 games, and i am sorry but i just dont see what others are seeing about mcgahee being all that!!!!

I think you answered your own question, injuries. We have a three headed monster but it was usually McClain and which ever other RB was healthy/hot. When we had all three Rice does more duty on third down situations.

Rice, Asian, get it?....... Countries in Asia tend to eat a lot of rice, and we happen to have a running back named Ray Rice..... Get it???? :)
