[News] Late For Work 11/10: 40 Experts Give Ravens-Browns Predictions

Maybe it´s because of the competition at other spots, but from a pure Ravens perspective I´d say Mosley has looked more All-Pro then the above mentioned, except Tucker. Also think Jimmy´s not getting close to the recognition he deserves.

Far Below Average Joe will have his greatest game of the year. Two TD's, one pick, and an astronomical rating (for FBAJ) of 84%. STs and D bail out FBAJ and SRJ for the fifth time this year. OFFENSE is offensive.

Unfortunately this is true

If the six-time Pro Bowler can’t suit up, the Ravens would likely turn to John Urschel or Ryan Jensen. This game is going to be closer than you think.

Love Yanda, he epitomizes what it means to be a Raven. What more can you say, the guy is great, but he is getting old. We have to look at what we are doing in the way of older players and had we kept KO and let Yanda walk, with his injuries, we would have looked like geniuses again like when we let Ngata walk and he hasn't played in the majority of games in just one season since leaving the Ravens. There are many others who fit that bill as well, but the Ravens decided to be loyal to Yanda, which I think had they cut Yanda I would have been one of the biggest complainers (which is why I say it is hindsight). But in reality, KO is having an incredibly good year as would be expected from a player his age and abilities. Had KO stayed and Yanda left, we would be quite a different team. Would we put KO out at left tackle or would we have still gotten stanley? Could have been Stanley, KO, Zuttah, Lewis and Wagner, not bad. OR KO, Urshel, Zuttah, Lewis and Wagner. Not as good but OK, but if we didn't get Stanley, would we have moved up and gotten Ramsey then instead. That definitely puts Ramsey opposite Jimmy Smith with Tavon Young in the slot which is a dynamite secondary. We lose a little on the O-Line but gain drastically in the secondary. Many different ways to slice this up but Yanda has had ongoing shoulder problems for years, I thought he had surgery in the offseason, but maybe not, but what does that mean for the future and is he going to end up being another player who can't play that eats up dead money from the Cap.

Haha, so true! FBAJ is about to have one solid game, after which all our ignorant fans will be like "Flacco is Elite, where are all the Flacco haters now" yadayadayada. Only to have Flacco come out the week after and throw for 71 yards and 4 INTs. Would be classic Flacco. Could not play consistently well even if his life depended on it. I would be fired long ago, if I were performing so inconsistently at my job.

if Joe has a two pick game and puts the ball on the field I wouldn't be surprised to see him benched. How many points has the Ravens offense scored under the new OC? Good move.

Absolutely right. Mosley has been amazing this year. He's improved so much in the pass D. His vision and tackling are top notch. Him, Weddle, Jimmy, and BWill are the anchors of this D. Hopefully by season's end, Tavon Young will be among them.

LOL. On point about Flacco and the Flacco lovers. Granted, I hope he does well. It's not like I want him to suck.

Every game this season was close, wouldn't expect anything different tonight.

Obnoxiously close, very demoralizing and a bitter feeling where you can't even be happy about the win.

I'm always happy with ANY win, no matter how ugly.

the problem with KO is that he was looking for LT money (and got it) when guard is the position that he excels at. And there is no guarantee that we would have picked Tavon Young if we took Ramsey in the first. And once again nas long as Jensen ad Urchel are on this team together, Jensen will ALWAYS start over Urchel.

I'm not sure that's true.  Jensen was inactive last week and Urschel was active, so apparently the Ravens valued Urschel over Jensen as the backup guard.  Granted, it may be a different question since Yanda plays RG and in the past Urschel has started at LG and Jensen at RG.  That should be interesting to see who the Ravens go with tonight

I'd be surprised. He's played worse than that in the past and was never in consideration for benching.

Really doesn't accomplish anything.

Do agree on the OC move though. Have been saying it for years. Ever since we fired Cam and one a SB, fans think the solution to every problem is firing a coach. Well, you guys got what you wanted, and now everything is playing out as expected...

Define "consistently play well"?

Since I was only able to read the Sun paper and these blogs, Ihave to assume the Ravens are the 0 and 9 tean and are in last place in the NFL. Have you guys made up your minds yet who we should take as the numer one overall choice in the draft?

Are there coaches in the draft? The Ravens Offensive Line needs one that know what the heck he doing.

I would define this way: Routinely having good games, good enough to put your team in a position to win. Regularly put your offense in the red zone. Instead of a one good game every 5, how about more good games. Throw more TDs than INTs.

Been looking forward to this game since Sunday especially since the Ravens are barely ever on TV over here in the UK. I really hope that regardless of how close the game may be that the offense plays hard and well and that if something is working then we stick to it.

The Ravens should absolutely win this game, and it shouldn't be close. If it is, and it is once again due to offensive futility, Harbs needs to consider benching Joe going forward "for is protection"

OK, so basically, most of his career he has done this.

Got it.

Unfortunately your prediction wasn't true...it was worse....
