The only  Qb from the teams you selected that may be (even) or (worse) is 

Jets/Fitz = to many picks

Not willing to comment on Cleveland, they haven't won a game all year.  Both Qb's are playing on par or better than Joe though. Same with the 49ers. Other than that though????

 

 

Yes, playing better than him this year. 

This isn't DFS though. You don't get to trade QBs year after year (or at least not do that and win).
