[News] Ravens Sign WR Michael Campanaro To Practice Squad

I'm glad. Yes, Camps got talent. We haven't seen it in full display because he keeps getting injured. I truly hope he's back for good now. Sometimes injuries just take time and then they are over with pretty much and the player stays healthy going forward. Then we can see their talent.

I will admit I was getting increasingly frustrated with Camp taking up a roster spot with his brittle butt, but Hester is down right atrocious. Not only does he have a fumbling issue, he lets punts bounce 10-15 yards behind him when he has more than enough time to field them. But yet Harbaugh keeps saying he's going to break one! Break one when??? And to add insult to injury he can't even help at receiver. So we are wasting a roster spot on a a shaky punt returner past his prime, who's only job is to run back kicks? I swear some of us fans seem smarter than the staff of this organization

I hope he does well having devin Hester on roster is pretty much a waste, a backup DT or Guard could waive fair catch and let the ball bounce another 10-12yrds. Atleast camp can provide some value on offense. He needs to stay healthy and we need to cut Hester. And take Webb with you because he is horrible in zone, man, and tackling I mean my god. we keep tryin to hide this guy but opposing offenses keep finding him.

History has proven Camp cannot or will not stay healthy. His body isn't built to be a NFL player.

Keep him around. But I don't expect much from him tbh.

given the inability of our receiving corps to get open this is a welcome face to get back in the building - yes he has been injury-plagued and therefore not been consistent but he has flashed the ability to find the soft spot in the zone and make plays

He did pretty good against the Steelers.

Very FEW of them.

Respect for Camp for putting trust in us wanting him back and returning to Baltimore after we had invested in him, instead of pursuing his chances with some other contenders like NE and DEN who were reportedly interested in him.

If nothing else we can cut Hester and Camp will actually fair catch punts instead of losing 10 yards every time but letting them bounce.

Maybe he will play in more than 4 games this year, history says maybe not. Nice guy with some skills but, his best ability needs to be availability or it's a waste.

Hester looked like he was scared of the ball on Sunday. Returning kicks is his only job. If he doesn't look better on Thursday, can definitely see Camp replacing him.

Smart move. Hester's gotta go.  Hopefully campanaro can provide a little spark to the offense giving us another chain mover in the slot. Question is how long will it take for him to be ready? Technically he's free game from any team right now correct? If he drew interest from other teams already then what's stopping them from plucking him? Just go ahead and drop HES and promote him. He's already familiar with our playbook to an extent and it don't take much to feild a kick. I have absolutely no faith in Hester right now and I cringe everytime the ball Is kicked his way.
